2022 Raptor Confirmed to get V8 from GT500

I said it before and I'll say it again... its the death of true, raw, American muscle and the beginning of man bun, Starbucks, save the whales, paper straw, can't hear me coming down the road "muscle". Its sad to see since its my opinion it's not going to do jack shit for mother earth... but the man bun is the way of the future. Enjoy your V8 monsters while you can lady's and gentlemen the end is near. We will soon be as ancient as the dinosaurs under out air cleaner cover.
If I’ve said it once I’ve said it 1,000 times...F&@* PAPER STRAWS

Oh I have a good feeling about this... TRX, Raptor, and Hummer EV

Evolutionary but not revolutionary it looks. Will be interesting. Looks to be the same ride height. Was hoping it was a little taller to match the TRX ride height.
You must have a magnifying glass, how the heck you see that lol.

PS I got a couple feelers out there for 2 Raptor R's... ;)

I get second dibs on whoever you find for MSRP that you don't go with.

Also, I've had 2 gen 2 raptors and spent a lot of time editing videos about my current one. The ground clearance from that angle makes it look like the same ride height as the current one where the base of the cab is. Also has a pretty noticeable rake aswell

Depends on what you do with the truck. Higher center of gravity isn't exactly ideal for desert running. If they were able to increase travel and maintain the previous ride height I'd call it a win. But the question remains, Hybrid V6 that runs on White Claws? Or V8 with SC? I didn't hear any whine in the "spy" video but they weren't really under load either. Should be interesting to see what they've come up with.

There will be 2 Raptors. Ram knows it and thats why you'll see 2 TRX's

Runs on White Claws.....:ROFLMAO:

I'm anticipating the fewest Raptors sold now that the TRX is here. They need a DRASTIC design change. Well, they should sell more than the 2021 models. ;)

Looks like they are doing something with a V8 and a confirmed V6. Can't here the whine but the Gt500 engine doesn't whine anywhere near as loud as a hellcat so could be silenced here.

Had generation 1 raptor, great truck at the time, then an FTX, then Ford f150 shelby, Shelby is way faster than TRX, I switched cause I like the ram screen and ford just wasn't keeping up on interior upgrades.

As for the raptor generation 2 I wouldn't even consider one, that engine killed that truck for me.

congrats to everyone who has gotten theirs and hold tight for those who are still waiting

See ya at the pumps

TRX walked this one but it can't beat the Super Snakes

ya I've seen that video, I can tell you first hand something wasn't right with that

First,
from a dead start if you floor the Shelby it will light the tires, true smoke and the ass end will slide out, there is a definite learning curve to that much horsepower, any time conditions are less than dry even a light rain it will slide without getting on it

Be interesting to see how much it weighs. They’ll definitely have to do something with the chassis for a V-8. And I can tell already it has that straight line, Square, chisel look. That I was tired of with Ford. But I don’t doubt it will be competitive!! So between this! (And triple B with his wonderful news lately We’re gonna be busy)🍺🍺

@More Cow Bell - We may only have so long to be busy before we lose the chance to own these beasts. :(

Front end leak. I like it
