You are certainly entitled to your opinion. We ultimately are trying to deliver a great deal to our customers and the transportation to us doesn't allow us to do it properly. Between backordered parts and transportation damage it is an impossibility to deliver the car within the timeframe to insure the customers price protection and deliver a vehicle in perfect condition. They do offer a bonus, but there is also a penalty that we faced last month because our survey scores weren't high enough.

I understand you can take your business anywhere and we don't have a corner on the TRX market, we want people to purchase from us and do our best to make things right.

Your situation of redaction in bonus is this:
You had 100 dollars in your pocket.
Maximum bonus you could get is 100 dollars. But they decided you only get half the bonus. 50 dollars.
Now you have 150 dollars in your pocket.

The difference is 3 times the money.
And your case was the second one.
You basically came to this forum and opened this thread not to offer a discount. But because you delivered vehicles with damages on them. And people reported the TRUTH. The same thing you swore/require to do or say every time someone asks you a question.
Would you lie to a cop ? Your mom? Your wife ? Because where is it ending. Today we lie for a complete stranger just so he can get a bonus. What is it tomorrow ?

Just for the record, my survey can be bought with a $9K+ discount but they earned all 10s from me anyways. I just wish Stellantis would have sent me a survey so I could have bragged on the best dealer experience I’ve had in my 30 years of purchasing vehicles!

Cutting the bull shit is such a breath of fresh air in this business.

I'll let you know how everything goes after I complete the purchase on my 392 (hopefully in the next week or so) but everyone at Granger's communication during the ordering process, waiting period and pre-delivery contact (and even the quick responses to my incessant emails for status updates) has been nothing short of outstanding. I fully expect the delivery and purchasing experience will match this experience so much so that I placed an order for a TRX with them as well.

I would certainly indicate on a survey disappointment with something that the dealership had control over (of course I would attempt to contact the dealer first to see if they could rectify it) but I do not consider something like a scratched fender flare (yes I agree it is very disappointing to find something like that on any new vehicle) that the dealership has acknowledged and that they have replacement parts ordered for as a flaw that needs to be debited against the dealership since the part needed for repair is in national backorder from the factory. What more exactly do you expect them to do to deliver a perfect vehicle when the repair parts ARE NOT AVAILABLE??

In my experience (so far), they're doing their best to both offer an amazing discount on customer orders and deliver an outstanding purchasing experience while they are at the mercy of the supply chain and Stellantis's manufacturing issues and our national transportation shortage. If you have an actual complaint about how your vehicle was delivered by Granger, cool, we'll listen and see if it's a legit gripe, if you don't then all you're doing is trolling one of the good guys in this business.

Granger brought the deals first, other dealers followed suit if I’m not mistaken. Hate to see people pissing all over Granger. For the majority of people it’s at least a 19k savings from other dealers.

Anyone who did not put all 10s should not be entitled to the discounts offered ever again. Y’all were not here back in 2020 when we were scrambling to be lucky enough to pay 5k over sticker on an LE. A lot of y’all came into this forum in 22 and were afforded the luxury of having a plethora of dealer discounts to choose from. You most certainly are not going to fuck it up in the slightest for me or anybody else. I would give any of these dealers all 10s and send a bottle of Macallan 18 to their god damn door step. Amen!
