2020 TRX Build Tracker

I called my dealer yesterday and it now has a vin # ending in 1029. I ordered on 9/2. It shows D status.

I'm 1032; and, chatted with FCA support earlier this morning. They said that it's waiting to be scheduled, but... couldn't give me a status code.

That's where I was too on Monday, C status. I believe it just means Ram is getting it put into the system for a VIN and schedule. From what I can tell, everyone that has received their VIN has been in D status. We should have a VIN any day... I'm checking back in with my dealer first of next week to see if it's been assigned yet.

I seen this on another forum...
C - Your order is "subfirm". The plant can see the order at this point but it's not fully committed to building as the supplier may or may not be able to get parts to the plant to build the truck. I am not sure of all the details on this state yet so I can't comment further.

Not sure why FCA/Ram/Dodge. Customer service has no way to check anything until a certain point. Saw this when I ordered my first hellcat too. When I call them I get “I’m unable to see it you’ll need to check with your selling dealer” from them until a VIN has been assigned. I’d always though that “headquarters” should have the clearest picture of them all. Hopefully my dealer responds to my status update tomorrow.

I ordered 8/18 in Massachusetts. I have a VON but no VIN. It doesn't even list a build priority which scares me. Flame Red for me. Thank you for putting together this info!
