2020 TRX Build Tracker

my dealer sent me an available truck $76ksticker with d1 and ship date of 10/28
missing level 2 and but has HK speakers..if anyone wants to know.

It is being updated based on customer builds & the best information available that is being provided by dealerships & really helpful. Why would someone lie about their build & delivery dates? What would be a more “reliable source” than the posters dealership or maybe FCA chat, that’s the only sources for that information?

The production delay is out of the control of the posters here, the information on build & delivery dates has nothing to do with posters here lying imo. Havent seen anything other than everyone here acting in good faith sharing information.

btw: Welcome.
Okay, why does anyone lie or make up stuff? I don't know, maybe you can tell me. I never said that anyone on the forum is lying about anything either. If they (future TRX owners) are provided bad intel from whoever (i.e., chat, dealer, their friend, the internet), then it is just bad intel, which is completely out of the customers. There is no ground truth and we won't ever get that.

Also, I appreciate all the information future TRX owners provide.

I received an update today from my dealer and he said that FCA rep has recently told him that the production builds are as follows....
Oct - 7%
Nov - 43%
Dec - remaining 50% ...
now please take this info as it is.... he is just reporting what he was told. Cheers.

Makes sense to me based on what we've heard early on about delivery by the end of the year for first ones.

Yeah I agree it does seem to make sense... and I assume (which I know from experience is bad thing to do) that these %s are for the 1st round of allocations..?

I guess we will know next week if this is accurate or not. Someone will get a delivery date and ship confirmation if their truck is built and they will probably post either here or on facebook (in which case it will get reposted here) and we will know...or no one will get those things and we will still know...

You kinda did:

I get that, but the "tracker" is only good if people are updating it accordingly. Besides, if people lie about it, I don't really care. Just provide information from a reliable source that others could potentially utilize.

But no worries, keepin it movin

So didn't people say they had delivery dates for this week? I poked around on the Facebook page a couple mins ago also. Crazy that people are getting moved to D1 and getting all this information (i.e., delivery date, build date) from SOMEONE, but not providing a source. Makes me start to question if people are making stuff up.
Just so you're tracking that people aren't making things up, I've attached my current build sheet, received from my dealers yesterday. I blacked out a lot of information because I'm not sure if she can share this with me.

I find the tracker extremely helpful, especially for my direct state/surrounding area as it gives insight as to what is happening to orders my area. Its much better then the update my dealer can give me about the 2 orders they have for their 2 allocations. At the end, it just allows us to get a little more insight of what's happening in this market place.

And trust me, something like the tracker will be extremely useful once production starts as it will be a much more direct pulse on production flow and status changes when the assembly line gets up to speed. It will allow us to make educated guesses about patterns as well. For example Macmulkin does something like this for their 500+ C8 orders: https://www.macmulkincorvette.com/2020-corvette-orders/

I have been able to see that every Thursday 8-9 vehicles get picked up with a TPW and maybe 1 other straggler the rest of the week. Allows me to estimate when I will see my car better then GM supports assessment in 3-4 weeks every time I have asked since July. Its great information.

Make sure you remember that blood pact we all signed that you wouldn't drive your TRX until the rest of us get ours. :)

Oh no, please drive yours before I get mine. I would like to see some of them out in nature. It will make the wait more exciting.

I'm a LE #66, so I would assume I would be one that gets it early. My dealer told me today that he doesn't have a single truck that has got past tentative scheduling and they are having a severe parts issue right now from a supplier. That was his last update from the factory. He sent me a text on October 12th that they were starting to build them. So who knows where mine is at in the Que. It is currently in D status.

PLEASE could i get added to your list, my order is below!

That is cool, but the CEO of a major company does not want to tell investors "Uh, yeah...so ya know we sold all those trucks?...uh, well...we cant make them right now, so we hired a bunch of people named Sarah to confuse all the impatient people on this enthusiast forum and buy us time while we wait for corona virus to go away." :p

Just kidding, welcome to the forum!
LOL! I see our "Sarah" is becoming quite popular!

I hope so. Mine said he still expects November delivery but there should be a bunch of us going into D1 if thats the case since November is right around the corner.

Mine said that they have a lovely Chrysler Town and Country that would do 90% of what a TRX will do and they would be happy to move my deposit to a down payment to that and have it in my driveway this weekend.

This was obviously a joke. They are sold out of these luxury minivans.

One of my company vehicles for work is a loaded Grand Caravan. They can haul anything from people to equipment and not get loaded down.
