I am so glad @OnTheReel started this project and thread. I had no idea how much information was available with the digital EVIC. I learned more today than in the previous seven months that I've owned the truck. 
I was sitting in the truck, scrolling through all of the screens you guys posted, while waiting for the wife to grab our take out Thai food. I was kind of bummed that the food was ready so quick.

how are you making out?
Ran into a snag. I only have alfa for android phone and tablet. Cannot access or edit the files saved on newer versions of android.
Just got a response from Alexey so I'm going to try something on my Amazon Fire tablet to see if it'll work.
@OnTheReel got it to work with a windows version of alfa, which I would have to buy it again. And I don't have anything windows that's portable to the truck..

did mine today. My scratches were not too bad but noticeable when the sun hit it right. It would have been much easier to do on a table like yours but still doable while on the truck. I just removed the trim.

i have the windows version of Alfa also
I can't even access it. Only says this:
Ok I was able to edit the file! Alexey responded with instructions to edit on Android.
In alfa go to Tools >Manage ALFAOBD Files >bcmconfig >"backup file" >Copy to Documents
From there I was able to make the change and save it.
Now when doing the "restore from configuration from backup" it will not display my new edited text document....it just displays the original backup. Even though I see my newly edited backup files in the "Manage ALFAOBD Files"
-Backup1 is the edited file.
-The 10 digit number is a 2nd backup that I did not rename. It did that on its own. Backup1 I changed from another set of 10 digits.
-ConfigBackup_2024_03.....ect is the original file.
I'm stumped again...any ideas?
EDIT: I got it to work on the Fire tablet!! I was able to copy and paste the new file in the alfa folder. It was restricted on my Galaxy s22.
I'll report back if tiles work after a while!

Unfortunately I can’t help you. With the windows version I had to save to a different location but was able to load the file from the different location.

Yes it came up in the evic as TRX Final Edition. . That was when you cycled the push button

Jimmy’s harness goes to the oem cluster harness and then the 23 radio. I’m assuming the part that goes to the 23 radio is what sends the maps to the cluster.
File changed successfully. new tile switch in and voice button works as indicated on the switch. Took it for a short spin, tile button does nothing so far. I'll keep checking it this weekend, we have a lot going on so I'm sure IF it does work, it'll be in the next day or 2.

If it was gonna work it would have right away. When I discovered the setting you just changed (trying random shit in desperation) the changes took affect immediately. Sounds like yours did too if the tile button does nothing now. If you revert to the original backup I bet the tile button will do VR again just like the old switch.
You can also try loading the 62014E00E044808000xxxx line (which contains the rest of the cluster settings), but we already pretty well established the pre-2023 BCM doesn’t do anything with it.
