There is nothing socialist bout manufacturers going full retail and eliminating the dealer model. Dealers provide very little value and look to fork you over at any turn. Sales, service, financing- you name it. So the whole "dealers provide value" is complete BS.
Tesla has 100% proven direct to consumer works and manufacturer owned service centers are sustainable.
It is also called Supply and Demand which is the way a "semi" capitalist society operates. We will just agree to disagree especially regarding the TESLA model. Does not matter anyway because it is not going to change.
Including Loans, direct and indirect subsidies TESLA has received depending on the source between 5 and 30 billion from the USG and State subsidies direct and indirect. Do the research and you will be surprised.
