4.4 SRT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Vehicle is backed by a 3 Year / 36,000 Mile Basic and a 5 Year /
60,000 Mile Powertrain warranty.
● To reduce brokering of these highly sought after SRT vehicles, FCA
US LLC is asking all purchasers to agree to own their SRT vehicle for
at least 12 months from the date of vehicle delivery.
● Purchasers will be asked to sign this agreement at the time of
vehicle delivery.
● Purchasers that sell the SRT vehicle prior to 12 months from the
vehicle delivery date will void remaining coverage of the 3 Year /
36,000 Mile Basic or 5 Year /60,000 Mile Powertrain warranties.

Original purchasers that sell the SRT vehicle before the end of
the 12 months from the vehicle delivery date must communicate
the loss of the 3 Year /36,000 Mile Basic or 5 Year /60,000 Mile
Powertrain warranties to the transferee.
These provisions do not affect recall or emissions warranty
coverage.
