this thread(support group) is for the 811 and 812 vins. These trucks were ordered in April, and possibly early May? 22's have not started production yet, so you'll probably want to find something else to do to keep you busy because you won't see any progress for a while lol.

Can’t really get a clear answer of my status. Sales rep didn’t know, but also said you can’t be in D1 without a ship date and I don’t have one. Didn’t think it was possible to be more confusing than the FCA chat roulette but here we are. Some trucks 100k+ out the door and they give you the same ambiguous tracking details as a 2012 Dodge Dart order. Why be so guarded about the actual status codes?

In a few words…the back of the line. If all goes well you might get some updates in very late July or August. I believe the 22s started at 100xxx so you’re perhaps the 1889th 2022 TRX order. That song about feeling like a number? Yeah. We all are.

Not sure exactly how long people are sitting in KZ but really that’s not the worst status to be in. Won’t be too much longer.

Apparently I'm about to enter the Assembly Schedule. Not exactly sure what that means, but ok. Sorry the picture/font is so small. If you've got good eyes (or strong glasses) you can kind of read it.

Alexander is someone I keep getting when chatting in too. And I have seen that response from him. Have you checked with your sales person to see what status they have for you?

I received the same update from Ram chat and dealer said I was in D1. I checked last Friday and got the same message as the

04Ram2500Hemi and it was built this week.​

It is all up to interpretation of the information from the chat though, LOL. I was never given a date for when it would be built. The one difference I did notice in the messages was that parts being gathered was removed once it went into D1 status.

I think Alexander needs some new training on his verbiage from his Supervisor at RamChat I keep getting Rebecca in RamChat, and she has been basically telling me the same thing Alexander told you, with different choice of words....for the last 4 weeks...verbatim every single time

I have been notified from TripleB's tracker, Ram Chat, and my Dealer that the truck has been built currently at Body Vendor for bedliner. However, there is not no estimated delivery date available from Ram or dealer. The GM of the dealer mentioned to me they won't have that until it is on the 1st rail car.

If he's indeed in D1 he should've received an email from his dealer by now.

My dealer has been really good to me. Back on May 21st (the last time I bugged him) I had the following message:
"I have it on good authority that we can expect yours to be built between 6/21 and 7/1 and then shipped there after"

I'll reach out to him today to see if there's any update. I don't want to be too big of an ass pain.
