I'll give it a shot tomorrow after work on my way home.yea that would be great man! w/e hwy speed gets you into that 1800 rpm range in 8th gear. Maybe cruise at 1700-2000 for a few seconds and you should hear a drone (if there is 1).

No worries at all! The more real world sound clips and info we can gather on all the different systems the more it will help people out on picking what system is right for them.you da man!
100% that's why i went a different route than the rest and may stay that way if the Borlas open up a bit. They're a bit too quiet at the moment (quieter than stock) but still a really nice tone for sureNo worries at all! Can you post a clip of the sound? A few revs or something?!Vibrant Performance 1794 is what I went for. They will need to weld on some additional pipe (I went for all stainless) to get it to fit in place of the OEM resonators as these are shorter. I think the 95's may be too quiet/similar to OEM. The 1794s sound perfect and yes I will need to get some video clips but no drone and no rasp.
I had borla system on my 13 Nissan Titan, loved the sound. My wife put borla attak on her 22 jeep JL and it sounds good fir a 6 banger I guess. I was planning on putting borla on the TRX but decided to try the SLP's as I liked what I was hearing in sound clips. I figured if the SLP wasn't what I really wanted it was cheap and would be a quick swap later on to borla or something else. You got me curious about the vibrant now. I've read on here the the Carven (I think that's right) resonators are nice sounding too!100% that's why i went a different route than the rest and may stay that way if the Borlas open up a bit. Agreedyea i just knew right away after watching that video that they werent for me. Stock sounds better IMO.
Any drone or negatives with the Vibrants?Yeah I didn't want to go for Carven either. When I'm back in town I'll get some clips of the Vibrants!
Only one negative - the regret that I did not do it sooner!Any drone or negatives with the Vibrants?
Nice! deeper & louder than stock? no rasp?Only one negative - the regret that I did not do it sooner!
We did SLP Loudmouths. Positive reaction from our three toddlers however neighbors/HOA and cold starts back to our garage door expressed differing opinion re: "sense of sound"...I don't find there's any drone. Everyone has their own "sense of sound" so what doesn't bother one driver may irritate another. I can try and get an in cabin video/sound clip at hwy speed for you so you can hear it if you want?
I hear ya! I'm know as "That guy" on the street. Honestly most my neighbors don't mind it, there's only one guy who has bitched about it, and he didn't even have the balls to mention it to me he approached my wife. He was like your husband's modded truck wakes me up every morning. She said it's a TRX with a hellcat, what do you expect and walked away. I love herWe did SLP Loudmouths. See for me I'm not a fan of the crackle pop the borla has when you rev it in that video. Maybe it's just that video and because it's echoing I side the garage??I did slp’s to start and then switched to Borla atak. The first video is the slps and the second the Borla atak. The slp’s sounded great and was the best bang for your buck no question. The borla atak is more refined, louder and provides the complete package with more burbles and really cracks at throttle. Both great options depending on the budget.
