Thanks Steph, hopefully a quick, corrective OTA can be rolled out so thousands of customers don’t have to spend time going to the dealership who are missing the mirror cameras.

Any news on the issues? I called local dealership and they acted like they had not heard of the problem.

So I'm still missing mirror cameras, and mine is doing this awesome thing on every single startup where the screen and audio freezes. Then it will reboot on its own. Takes about a minute each time. Every single startup. Pretty annoying.

Have you ever known FCA/Stellantis to resolve anything in a timely manner? Plus, their software developers have proven to be less than impressive. So just get comfortable lol. It’s gonna be a minute.

We're advised that Engineering is working on the fix. We'll return once we receive new updates on it!

How about a way to remove the update lol.
The dealerships in my area suck

‘22 and same thing with mine. After the update the side mirrors went away and you could access from the shortcut. If did, however, you could not exit from the screen.

Also, Aux-2 camera shows up and is a blue screen. I’m not sure if there ever was a Aux-2 camera or not?

Finally, the Valet mode is no longer accessible from the Drive Mode page. I found it at the My Profile page that lists all the drivers. Hope that helps some of you.

Will call and report these issues as well.

Just realized my side mirror cameras are gone over the weekend and was going nuts. Glad to see I'm not the only one. Hopefully we get a fix soon and I don't have to bust our AlfaOBD!

Really insane this hasn’t been addressed on a larger scale from RAM. $120k for a truck where an update has removed some of the most useful features. @RamCares (ironic handle) - can you provide an update?

Agreed that this is beyond rediculous … hot fix for this and other missing capabilities should have gone out.

I was just thinking this today. Especially when @Jimmy07 was able to figure out the issue almost right away. Looks like I will be busting out AlfaOBD this week to get my side cameras back!

They really should just roll back the update until it can get figured out..... It's discouraging how long it is taking to get a patch......

You can add me to the list. Received the update over the air, now no mirror side cameras. 2022 uconnect build FCA-MY23.T25.48-PROD Can they not just push the previous version that is actually for MY22?

I agree, it is ridiculous that they couldn't roll out a patch update to fix this, but I figured I will use the AlfaOBD more anyway as it is a very robust tool. It pairs nicely with my Tazer DT, and most importantly it got the side cams back in a few mins. Definitely worth it in my opinion.
