UConnect update problems

I literally did not drive my truck for a couple weeks and today my CarPlay stopped working on both my phone and my wife’s phone. I did a factory reset and now my surround camera and backup camera functions are gone. Hopefully it’ll be resolved in a few days after reading through this forum.

Mine updated and I have my side mirror cams back. Pretty impressed with the speed of the update because I thought it would take 6 months at least. Kudos to @RamCares

As far as I know no. I'm still waiting for my update as well.

I spoke with Uconnect yesterday and I was told their server is having issues and that the updates are being sent sporadically to random vehicles at this time. They said that you can go to the dealership and get a manual update at any time if preferred.

Well scratch the dealership option, at least here. I had an appointment already scheduled for 9/13 for another issue. I asked them to update UConnect and showed them the problem. They downloaded the latest update from the factory but it is the same (flawed) version we I already have. No bueno here

Am I missing something, or does it appear that they updated it with the same exact version? One would think that an update would be a different number, however, with this cluster of a system, nothing surprises me.

Nope...and disconnects from my phone just as much as before.. back to bluetooth only

I am, going in for a service on Tuesday so will get them to install it if I still haven't received it OTA.
