Down, as in folded in, or down as in not in mickey mouse mode? That's with the mirrors in the in position. I think they even work while the mirrors are folded in. I'll check.

Love my tow mirrors. At first I was thinking that I wanted to switch them out (before I got my truck), but now I am glad I have them.

Could you please get us a overall width with the mirrors rotated in and out. Thanks

102" when open, with mirrors in down position. They are 3.5" wider when flipped up, so 109" total width. Folded in, they are narrower than the fenders.

No painted caps available for the tow mirrors.

For me, the two mirrors are practically a necessity. I tow a large camper and the built-in tow mirrors are so much better than clamp on ones I've used in the past. They don't look as nice as the regular mirrors, but they aren't bad. I'm glad they are making them so the two mirrors auto-fold now as well. That option wasn't available on my Laramie it seems.

Are the rear lights from the mirrors from the regular mirror only, or the tow mirror? My current tows only have a little light that illuminates by the door, barely.

lights that shine back from the mirrors are only on the tow mirrors.

Same here....honestly I was concerned at first because I saw a truck with them rotated vertically and they looked really funny.....I thought that's just how they were....now I understand that they rotate so feel much better about having them.....

I was so pissed on my '19 longhorn that the tow mirrors canceled out the 360 surround camera, any power folding and they had the gall to charge more than the standard mirrors as if they were some upgrade. I opted for standard mirrors this time around. Hopefully they aren't still running the same scam on the tow mirrors now.

Surround cameras work just fine with the tow mirrors. They power fold as well. Not automatically, but I know that can be changed with the taser. On my tesla, when I walk more than about 25 feet away, the car locks itself, folds in the mirrors, and turns on sentry mode. I like being able to just look and see if the mirrors are folded in that it is in secured mode.

how did it cancel out? my 19 longhorn 2500 had tow mirrors and 360 cameras, and even power folded.

Oh I was thinking of buying a spare set and keeping these to swap on and off when I do need them tow.
