TRX IS RETURNING

Here is my guess on new TRX. It will look just like the RHO (and no the RHO does not look just like the current TRX) Good news about that is it will be on the new can architecture so it can have all the added features that the RHO has like massaging seats, Hands free driving, passenger screen etc.

I have seen a few of the rho on the road now and agree, it looks similar but not the same. it basically makes you do a double take. You initially see it and go oh hey a trx… then wait a minute something is off.

I doubt it's true but we will see. There are too many random rumors for Youtube views and zero specifics.

MOPAR is dying with their crash in sales, and TRX Redeye or whatever, won't be the vehicle that will pull them out of this hole.

First, let them just announce that V8 is back.
Here's the problem, if RAM really wants to make it back to solvency, they need to drop prices by a min of 10% and probably closer to 20% across the board. They need a complete reset to their pricing structure, the new TRX would have to come in around what the currently ludicrously overpriced RHO is MSRP'd for and the RHO would drop down to where the Rebel was selling at. They also need to stop throwing away money developing EVs that no one wants to buy and financing that development with over-pricing ICE vehicles.

If they do all that, a new TRX2.0 could lead the way to rebuilding RAM as HALO vehicles do tend to generate a lot of aspirational purchasing of down market vehicles in the auto industry.

Neighbor across the street from me has a RHO. While you and I and maybe other ROH/TRX owners could spot the difference, no one else can. The differences look more pronounced in pictures than in real life.

BTW, the sound the RHO makes isn't too objectionable. It's certainly better sounding than the 6-cyl Raptors.

The RHO doesn't look the same at all, I thought it was a Silverado for a second.

Is RHO on the top or bottom I already forgot... (poking fun here)

Unfortunately nobody will know those details until they announce it, we just know it’s coming…. No specifics yet
Keep us posted. I’d be interested as well. Picked up my ‘22 at Dan Cummins in September of ‘22. Ordered through Devin and Miles did the delivery. Great experience. If the drivetrain doesn’t get hybridized and stays full ICE with a S/C V8, I’ll be in the market. Otherwise, I’m out.

7 easy differences and if you want to get more specific iI could count more lol. However I agree with @g_force that the normal person won’t notice the difference but I’m going to say the thieves already know all the differences by now.

I do like the larger color matched area under the headlight and the lower bumper better than our trucks I’ll be honest. But the main portion of the grille and the headlights are not an upgraded look imo

Personally, I don't think the exterior is anything to write home about. Same goes for all pickups and SUV's out there. They all look about the same to me. I mean Vettes are cool looking.... End of story.

1st, It's what under the hood and drive train that counts, a distant 2nd is the interior/gadgets, and 3rd is the exterior. I dang sure didn't buy a couple of these for the exterior.

iI agree that the powertrain is what is the star of the TRX, but the exterior looks was a step above all the other offerings that Ram had. I had a Rebel and felt it just looks bland compared to the TRX. I also felt that the Rebel was the only decent looking 5th gen Ram

Let the TRX die. The 4 year run on the most bad ass half ton was perfect.
Spoken by a true loyalist who can't afford a new one... heck I don't want to spend the money either, but I'll probably be a fool and buy one! But it has to be different, and I don't want an rho in any way shape or form. Make it a true standout, with a unique TRX Rhino head red emblem then, take my freaking money🇺🇲

I will volunteer to be a member that can’t afford another one and is doing mediocre at owning the current one🤚🏼but would be great if it came back for more aftermarket appeal and more exposure and insight with possible more members to the forum

We are excited for this as well. Been watching a few great youtubers leak their intel on this for a few months now. It was much needed especially to compete with the Raptor R.

I've seen a bunch of utube comparisons and read the same articles everyone else has but in my real world experience the "edge" goes to the TRX. I've only ran across one Raptor-R on the road. We were nearly side by side at highway speeds when we punched it. I clearly was pulling away (albeit slowly) from him until about 105-110 then the gap really started to widen as I pulled away. (Yes I know their speed limiter is a little lower but this was before it was cutting in) Most videos I've seen and articles I've read have the Raptor-R just barely beating out the TRX, in such a race, but in my real life experience, it ain't so.
