I am a Koons order, and I was told a version of that. Last I heard from Erica, she was waiting to hear back from the Ram Rep. VERY FRUSTRATING. 78 Days / 11+ weeks since window sticker and still waiting in Toledo.

Mine’s been sitting there for a month now, really hoping I don’t end up in your position.

on jeep forum there are several saying chat/phone is more updated than site interface and some got different status by checking the old way

Most likely the web site is run by the same people that does the chat.
If that's the case, there's no reason to think that the web site would be accurate, either.

Ok I was curious if there was the same inconsistency with Ram Chat and/or the dealer on the status. I’m in the same boat but I also check in with my dealer.

I wasn't checking as didn't really care that much when it arrived. The dealer did keep me up to date though, earlier in the week they said it hadn't shipped yet and then 2-3 days later it was there.

Anyone know when the cutoff will be? I.e. I ordered in March and have been stuck in D status, so concerned I won't make the 2022 allocations if they cut off production in June/July. TIA
