What email did you use to contact them?I think the tracker updates once a day. Here is why:
I got sick of just waiting for the logistics team to try to find my truck, so after 6 weeks I did some research and tried to guess at emails for the logistics team at Stellantis. I emailed them on the morning of 5/22. My truck was on a trailer by 5/23 afternoon and delivered to the dealer 5/26. Once I got in touch with the team they were good to work with and apologetic that the process has taken this long. I read another thread where someone else did the same thing and had a similar result. Reaching out to them seems to bump you to the top of the list. I don't think this will help if you're only waiting a couple weeks since WS, but at 6+ weeks it's harder for them to defend even with shortages.
Either way, during all this I was refreshing the site to see if my TBD delivery date would change. 24 hours after the logistics team told me the truck ETA was 5/31 to 6/9, the site changed from TBD to 6/9. Interestingly the shipped and delivered bar at the top of the screen still show TBD for me, even though the dealership confirmed they have the truck this morning.
