I think the tracker updates once a day. Here is why:
I got sick of just waiting for the logistics team to try to find my truck, so after 6 weeks I did some research and tried to guess at emails for the logistics team at Stellantis. I emailed them on the morning of 5/22. My truck was on a trailer by 5/23 afternoon and delivered to the dealer 5/26. Once I got in touch with the team they were good to work with and apologetic that the process has taken this long. I read another thread where someone else did the same thing and had a similar result. Reaching out to them seems to bump you to the top of the list. I don't think this will help if you're only waiting a couple weeks since WS, but at 6+ weeks it's harder for them to defend even with shortages.

Either way, during all this I was refreshing the site to see if my TBD delivery date would change. 24 hours after the logistics team told me the truck ETA was 5/31 to 6/9, the site changed from TBD to 6/9. Interestingly the shipped and delivered bar at the top of the screen still show TBD for me, even though the dealership confirmed they have the truck this morning.

It's literally a crapshoot. I order mine on 3/4/22 and I am still in D status. However, people who have ordered trucks after me have their build sheets/window stickers, and people who have ordered trucks before me are still stuck in D. There isn't a "normal" time frame for any of the build processes that any of us have seen. At least not that I know of.

Anytime! We are all in the same boat, hoping and praying our trucks to get built sooner than later. I have some optimism that I could get mine in July sometime. OK, maybe not optimistic but less pessimistic anyway. LOL I woke up to this update on the tracker this morning. My dealer provided me the ESD but only after I texted him. Nothing proactive as far as communication goes, just so you know.

Along with the standard: These dates do shift sometimes so I’ll keep you updated!
So I’m keeping the faith! if all goes well, even if two more months for shipping I’m doing pretty good at four months!

Lucky! Good news is you will likely get the truck before the end of the year. I ordered one day after you and still stuck in order confirmed

There does seem to be a day or so delay, even when things are running smoothly. We have a jeep on order, and the status just updated this afternoon but chat told me it shipped yesterday morning. Still, a lot better than the chat interface and gets FCA into this century.

I tried reaching out to them and they didn't respond with an email adress yet. I have been also waiting close to 3 months sinxe window sticker. I am not sure if you're a Koons order bur I spoke to Koons today and they said they have 10 vehicles stuck at the raceway and don't know why. They stated they are waiting on a Rep to call them back but idk if that's true.

you are at exactly 60 days (3/28 WS). 8 weeks is a long time but not out of the ordinary. I hope Koons would give you the answers you are looking for and calling them is going to expedite your truck. On Jeep wrangler FB page there are several stuck at "Toledo Raceway Yard" since beginning of March. Hopefully the hail they had in April didnt damage your truck or the truck is not skipped because mechanical issues (ex dead battery, dead FOB , no gas etc). Koons calling the regional rep would help your case 100%

Seeing that my vehicle was ordered 10/22 and my dealership has seen more then 5 TRXs ordered after mine with same specs is why I'm complaining. They are confused as well on what happened. Shoot they said they were gonna pick it up themselves 3 weeks ago but that fell through due to Stellantis telling them it was no longer an option. Also for some reason I wasn't given forum pricing because a different rep took the order then who was supposed to. So I'm just a little on edge with the whole thing that's is all.

ohh snap..so you are not getting 10k off msrp or whatever deal koons had this whole time? Why bother then. You can still order with granger 9k bellow MSRP and low dealer fees which makes it about 9.5k bellow..What did you sign ?

I did the math with them like 3 times and said it didn't add up but they said it was correct that the manager said this was the deal. I moved forward with it because at the time they were talking about closing orders, we'll now I don't believe it to be true, so I put the deposit down and signed a buyers order. It's still like 13k under MSRP because of markups but it should have been around 16 - 17k. I emailed Craig about it like 2/3 months later asking for an update and that's when I found out I wasn't part of the forum order. Recently I asked for an updated buyers order and now it has a WOW price and says I must use thier financing or I lose 2k of the discount. It wasn't on my original so hopefully I can at least not have to do that.i have been burned by a dealership before with a Lemon Jeep 4xe so I am probably just being to harsh but I don't want to be screwed over again.

I am a Koons order, and I was told a version of that. Last I heard from Erica, she was waiting to hear back from the Ram Rep. VERY FRUSTRATING. 78 Days / 11+ weeks since window sticker and still waiting in Toledo.

They gave me employee pricing instead and I asked them about it and they said it was the forum discount. I did the math with them like 3 times and said it didn't add up but they said it was correct that the manager said this was the deal. just finance and pay it off or refi as soon as you get home. If you plan to finance their rates are very good.... not sure of pricing you got tho.

Damn dude, I would just reorder at this point and get a discount. Nvm I saw your other reply… Any way I hope you get good news soon.
