How about this for some excellent customer service from US Ram Customer Care rep Cara basically saying don’t email us we won’t answer.

At the present time I have no updates to provide regarding your factory order; however, I will continue to monitor your order for additional updates and I anticipate having further updates to share with you as they become available.

If you have any outstanding questions or order update inquiries, we do encourage you to reach out to your ordering dealership for the fastest response possible. Additional email communications provided to this email are un-monitored and will be responded to once additional updates are available to share.

Just stick to what info your dealer supplies and you'll be better off.

No, but replies to emails would be nice, such as the one I sent saying that the shipping company Ram says is assigned to the truck tells me they aren’t and haven’t been since the 6th of May. The dealerships are no help because they have no control or input over Ram’s shipping processes.

Neither does Ram at this point, really, but at least your dealer can monitor the progress, or lack thereof.

Anybody actually have their Estimated Delivery Date on the tracker move up? Mine shipped on the 20th. First I had an EDD of 7/18. Then 7/16. Today it's the 15th. Since I have been waiting for a TRX since, last October, I am trying not to read too much into it. But it would be nice, if true.

mine either and it stings that they have essentially the same truck down the road at my local dealer. Less trailer reverse steering and plus stickers....but also plus a 15k adm fee so a 30-35K difference which helps my patience. I went to look at it and it's beautiful. For MSRP I'd probably be driving it right now.

Look at that, the next box turned red. I don’t know if that means anything at all since the truck left the factory back around May 5th but maybe? When I talked to Ram Cares (a joke) on the phone Monday (27 June) they still had no clue where the truck was or when it would deliver so I’m not holding my breath. Probably turned the box red in hopes I’d stop being a whiny little bitch.
