I am due for first oil change on TRX.

I have never married Tzr DT on my truck but only using live function features, like amber DRL, mirror fold, etc.

Can I just unplug it before visit dealer? or are there any procedures that I need to follow?

Just unplug and reconnect the truck cables. When you plug it back in it will remember your live settings

What am I missing here? How do I see what firmware my TazerDT is running, and how do I update it? I unmarried it from my truck, and currently have it connected to my laptop, but it isn't triggering anything in windows explorer or anything.

You need to install the update software.

So, I don't see any updates for the camera issues? If front camera is enabled with parking sensors and it comes on while driving, the screen never goes away. Kinda sucks to have bought this product but can only use it in a limited capacity because of the various bugs. AmberDRL, Kill3Honk, and Fogs with High beams, are pretty much all its good for.

I have had that setting and several others on mine for 2 years and it has turned off after coming on. The camera will activate in stop and go traffic occasionally if I’m too close to the car in front but it always turns off. Probably my favorite feature other than ambers

Looking back at this thread…I do not use the screen when turning feature. I tried it but it was too distracting. Maybe that interaction is the problem

In stop and go traffic is 100% the reason my camera will stay on. Can't do anything until I shut the truck down completely and turn it back on. I did not have the camera when turning enabled because I found it more more of a crutch/distracting too. I just think the auto front camera when parking is a nice feature since there isn't any other 'quick way' to enable it. But it wasn't worth it enabling and never shutting back off again.

Amber DRL that include the side mirrors is 100% my favorite feature. Kill3Honk is also nice because that was just downright irritating.

For what it's worth, you can create a shortcut to your cameras so that it's a one-click operation to get there. At the top, second from the right icon.
