When they're released for shipping. It doesn't necessarily mean they are on a train, but they're ready and waiting for transport. The dealer is also invoiced at that time.
Thanks Eighty. So since I dont have a window sticker yet, it must be hiding between the production line and shipping area or as Viperjim said at an upgrade company but mine is a fairly bare bones lvl 2 truck so I dont know why it would go there. Thanks again for everyones help!!
All TRX’s go to the body vendor. If for nothing else, they at least get the hood scoop decal.
If you have any options added it’ll be done at another facility. Like step bars, decals, roll bar, bed liner etc. . Those are all add ons not done at the factory.
Could you check status on my build? I have a window sticker, but my build was stuck in KZ status for a couple weeks and the delivery date has been pushed back from the 13th, to the 20th, to now it’s the 29th.
that’s not something I can look up. @tripleB might be able to see more. Or just ask your dealer for a printout of the info. Dealers can track every leg of the journey.
Best source of info once you have a Window Sticker and it's in transport is your dealer. Unfortunately, there is no good public means to track the many ways the trucks get transported once they have left the factory.
And there's a unicorn in the bunch today. The white one that is going to Guatemala - has no pano sunroof. It's the only Final Edition built (so far) without one.
