Signature Audio in Scottsdale AZ did the work. Called them and they didn't make a template. They are a local small shop and just do onsite custom builds.

Yes, he did. We wanted to maintain the seat maneuverability.

I didn't do a DB meter but it is vibrate your vision loud. That said I wasn't going for overall DB but more focused on sound quality at mid volume. The sound quality is crystal clear..
