Ram TRX returns Q1 2026

Nothing yet according to my dealer, but I've been concentrating on my ordered Durango. For the TRX it looks like the first quarter of '26, as originally announced, is still true.
which Durango are you getting? A Durango in the mid 50's with a 392 sounds appealing to me. I'm also interested to see what and if Jeep has any plans for the Grand Cherokee and the V8

I went with the GT AWD. Want a little more power (to help with the altitude) than my current V6, and a 5.7 should be about right.

While the V6 works well in the Challengers, the porky Durango is just a bit too much for it around here.

I'm hearing unavailable in all 17 carb compliant states.
Yeah, I've seen a couple of articles in the past day or two about it. Both the Hellcat and the 392 are excluded from CARB states. Only the 5.7L Hemi will be an option there.

Glad I don't live in one of these foreign countries/states. Last time I checked there were like 17 of these states. (Shocking) That has to be weighing on Stellantis decisions.

It looks like it's as simple as buying out of state, which I do anyway.

Living in California would be the exception. Probably not impossible to get one registered there, but far from easy to accomplish.

As I am reading your posts about those regulations... That is crazy! Soon more of awful restrictions than in EU (and in certain cases already!). Never expected this to happen, not that soon.

It's probably more that a manufacturer has decided not to jump through the hoops for 50-state approval. The regulations are nothing new.

But will it then pass emissions in those 17 states? If yes why not just sell them in the 17 states. Seems weird.

Will it do the exact same thing that the non “carb” catalytic converter does. Yes, all carb is a number that you pay money for….. not about saving anything.

Sniff test will be exactly the same, but when they check for the little stamp that gives a number…. Then you fail.

Far from all areas in those states test for emissions.

Had I ordered a 392 or 'Cat instead of the 5.7 it wouldn't have mattered one bit in my case.

That is definitely better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick but I’m betting $$$$$$

Good, fuck Commiefornia and their illegal CARB mandates.

750-790 HP for the 2026 TRX! Sweet.
“My TRX was around $89K out the door with literally every option on it….”

And then proceeds to list five options he didn’t have on it. Even Butter Da Insider is guilty of the “fully loaded” shenanigans lol.

Oh wow, being able to get to 118 mph quicker is practically irresistible.

My girlfriend was most likely going to order a '26 and when I tell her that the authoritative You Tube has ensured more horsepower there won't be any way to stop her from getting one.

But that's only because then she can say that her new one has more power than mine.

Im not getting excited so easily. In theory that would be awesome but... How are we getting more Hp?

If I remember correctly the Direct connection kits for the regular HC didnt add anything worthy or really noticeable with only the Redeye getting better kits.

If the 2026 is going to be in 760-790Hp with same exact engine and blower it will need a smaller pulley, injectors and it will need to be tuned. If it's so easily done now why was the 2021 model detuned to 702?
