Ram TRX lean *Star Bulletin Update*

Has anyone had this TSB done where the dealer installed springs with the same exact part number that was originally on your truck?

My driver's side front spring was originally 68442793AC and was replaced with the same part number. According to the TSB, I was expecting 68442794AC.
My driver's side rear spring was originally 68442783AA and was replaced with the same part number. I was expecting 68442784AA.

I also took my truck in for the driveshaft clunk and was told they would perform the TSB to regrease it only to find out later that they did not. I'm starting to suspect the dealership I took it to doesn't have a clue what they're doing.

Edit: The dealership confirmed they ordered and installed the wrong springs.

I'm having this done and mine is 793 AC also and they ordered the same spring until I pointed it out and then they ordered 794 AC which is the correct spring , the rear they got right , my left rear is 784AA and they got 785 AA

Digging up this topic. I just bought a ‘21 with only 2k miles on it. First owner really never drove it (obviously)… It’s only very slightly leaning at the moment, so minimal it’s not really noticeable even with a full tank. My question is what are the odds it begins to settle more over time once I get some more miles on it? I would just take it in and get the new springs installed, but I’m afraid they won’t do it if it’s not noticeably leaning. Also, since I’ve only got about 11 months of warranty left (I’ll prob extend it), would this TSB item be covered beyond the warranty period since it’s a known issue?

It’s not just the TRX.. all Rams, for many years, have leaned. I believe the consensus is that there is more weight on the drivers side due to the fuel tank and other components.

All of the 1500s I’ve had (2008, 2017, and 2020) have all had a slight lean.

Do a google search for “Ram 1500 leaning”
True. Even the 70's trucks (or some) had what they use to call "the Dodge lean". Was usually driver's front and as written, the consensus was that's because the battery, steering gear and whatever else are there.

I don't have a lean on my 2022. When my battery goes bad I will probably go with a lithium battery. I have done it on other cars of mine and it generally is about 50lbs lighter.

Hate to say it, but this is so typical of any Dodge or Ram product I’ve had. It’s not what you would expect from a $100k vehicle. My iPhone has so much more quality control with fit, finish and weight distribution and it’s only 1.2% of the cost of the TRX. Back of the class engineering.
It's not JUST a Dodge/Ram issue. I've become so focused on the topic and notice other cars and trucks with consistent lean
