This is just purely a guess, the change in VIN numbers likely doesn't mean anything to us but is some internal change. The new VINs happened to start showing up right after the transition from FCA to Stellantis so my guess is after they moved the computer systems over the VIN assignment changed. Possibly just as an easy indicator internally as to which system the VIN originated in? Again, complete guess with nothing to back it up other than the timeframe it coincided with.

Sounds possible.

So can I get some help here. I'm on the registry with such a low VIN (900185) and have been watching these other Hydro Blue TRX's being built with higher VIN's and I, like many of you am dying here trying to be patient..... Finally the inventory manager says I have an estimated ship date of 2/14. just about a week away. Any info on mine having a build date? Please........ it would be the 1st glimpse of light for me since August...... You are doing a great thing here!!!
