Same pieces from the TRX, should fit just finelooks like they're bringing the ceramic grey back. will any of the paint matched pieces fit on the TRX? (fender flares, grill surround, mirrors, headlight trim surround, etc)
The stats are very close because they are essentially the same truck. Just one is lifted and the other is lowered. Axles, control arms, are all shared and some modified. I have a hard time between which truck I want at the moment. leaning towards getting the new Rumble Bee and just get a used TRX.According to Ramtrucks.com
2027 TRX:
0-60 in 3.5 Seconds
0-100mph in 10 Seconds
Quarter Mile in 12.2 Seconds
Top Speed 118mph
2027 SRT Rumble Bee
0-60 in 3.4 Seconds
0-100 not listed
Quarter Mile in 11.6 Seconds
Top Speed 170mph
So yeah, it’s faster (especially the top speed). And I’m guessing it will corner better. But as a TRX owner (even a peasant 2021 with only 702hp), I woke up less excited than I was yesterday. I was never really a customer for this truck, and I hope it sells well, but if I’m doing anything stupid with my money I’m trading up for a new TRX.
Kuniskis did say at Roadkill Nights they will improve the Rumble Bee performance, so we will have to wait and see how much those numbers go down.
....Well word around the campfire was a faster truck could come... whether or not that is a more powerful engine or weight reduction, Kuniskis said Roadkill Nights we will see something there....I think they should offer the rumble bee with a demon 170 option. Now that would be sweet.
