Excited to be here. Currently waiting for a 27 ram TRX order that apparently has been shipped to Newark and is awaiting shipment to the dealer. If anyone can help provide a status would be greatly appriciated as my dealer keeps saying there is no info. Excited to be apart of the community and can’t wait to get my raptor killer !

Forgot when they get to the trains that is when things go dark. His dealer should have that information though right?

Supposedly been sitting at Newark lot from train since September 7th. Dealer apparently requested but has no timeline. Its the most frustrating thing ever

I remember the wait drove me nuts! Was not too bad when tracking factory progresses but the delivery wait was maddening. Once the keys are in your hands though everything gets better. Just make sure to fully go over everything before you leave their lot and I mean everything. The excitement of finally having what you waited for can make you skip things and they never seem to want to take responsibility. Got some tiny ding you didn't see, well how do we know you didn't do that. Go over the whole truck extensively different angles use light make sure they note it all. Check for loose fuses line connections pdi should do that but best to do things yourself. Then do the pain in the ass 500 miles and enjoy the hell out of the best truck out there!

I’ve actually made some progress I found out who controls all stellantis inventory in NJ rail bay and got an actual bay and lot number of where my TRX is. Now waiting for him to respond to see if it’s been assigned to a carrier and which one. Once I find that out I can bug them. Probably won’t help but makes me feel better then doing nothing…
