The gauges don't seem to work now. Might take one or two more key cycles perhaps.

Had the hellcat back for a day, now the hurricane is back![]()
TBH I've never really paid attention to the gauges on the center screen. I'd have to look at it tomorrow. Was it there originally and then disappeared after the RHO update?Does your gauges show the intercooler temp ?
Gauges work today. This is all that show up.Does your gauges show the intercooler temp ?
Is this your first FCA product? This is my second after I swore off the brand, but I couldn't say no to this truck. I feel mostly the same. Basic problems other manufacturers have solved for decades still plague FCA. The dealership service is terrible for the most part. Recalls out the ass. The software update issues. We were missing side cameras for months last year too. Fool me once, blah blah blah.Ram Software Engineers spent months on this so called fix to only change the Hellcat motor graphic on the drive mode screen. I received the "update" and now it is gone. Back to the RHO BS graphics that look like a 1st grader designed them. This is absolutely pathetic that a company of this size cannot simply roll us all back to the software version that was meant for our vehicles.
@RamCares please let Tim Kuniskis know that pissing off the customers that buy his most expensive products by not allocating the correct resources to solve a simple problem is the best way to push them to other brands. Last time I checked Ram cannot afford to lose anymore market share. Ram Do Better!!

So I guess that's a fail for the graphics update....it went to the TRX and then reverted back to the RHO... So I guess that means that an update to fix the other issues are out of the question.Hi everyone,
We have good news! The first phase of app-over-the-air (AOTA) fixes should be arriving to vehicles this weekend. Please note that this is NOT a full launch to every single TRX owner yet, but we are hopeful that a majority of you here on the forum will be in the first wave. As is Stellantis policy, the national launch to all customers will follow in about a week, barring any issues in this initial batch. We hate to have to say it, but this timing is subject to change at any time for any reason. We will let you know as soon as possible if there is a change to any of this.
Please note, this is specifically for the graphics, and the AOTA is hitting the apps in the radio that were affected with the RHO graphics. We want to be transparent in that specificity because we are aware that there were several other concerns mentioned after the FOTA/AOTA — this is solely to fix the graphics and should not be considered a fix for any other concern. Additionally, AOTAs are considered a 'silent' update, unlike FOTAs that show a pop-up to alert you of the update; there will be no specific indication that the update has occurred (this has always been the way AOTAs function). The expectation is that it could take 2-3 days for the update to fully complete and sync to the radio (it's not an instantaneous update).
Hopefully this is good news to take you into your weekend. As a reminder, we are not active here on Saturday or Sunday but will be checking in on Monday to see if anyone has been successfully updated. We will also keep tabs on the full launch and let you all know when to expect that.

I'd go back to a performance sedan or suv. I'm not really a truck guy. This is the first one I've ever owned and wanted it due to the look and motor obviously, plus it was something different. I really like the truck, but like a said the service side is atrocious. I've been to all the dealers in the area and they are terrible. No loaners and sitting in a service area like it's the 1990's, or bumming a ride from someone from and back to the dealer. I SEVERELY miss the luxury car dealership service experience. Other than my wife's JGC Summit purchase this is the only American car I've owned. Probably the last tbh.Where would you go? The Raptor R is the only thing comparable and Ford has set records for recalls lately. Lowercase gm only wants to sell CUVs to old women and Corvettes to old men, their trucks are basic and overpriced for what you get.
And zero reply from ram cares, shove it up our ass againAAaaannnnnnd we are back to RHO graphics. I've been through 5-6 ignition cycles today with multiple hour shutdowns between two of them with no change. Sigh.

How is your gauge font so big and matches the TRX font? My numbers are tiny stick lettering.Gauges work today. This is all that show up.

They are larger on that screen. The Drive Mode screen font is smaller compared to the original font. I'm guessing FCA has no idea either. We're all just stuck getting updates for things we don't need that just ruin the overall look and functionality of the truck infotainment. I don't think I could do a better job of ruining a brand if I tried. Dealerships are trash, service departments are awful and the OTA updates break a working infotainment. How is your gauge font so big and matches the TRX font? My numbers are tiny stick lettering.
