It does not. I can wire a kit that will do that and brake lights but will not be on with tail lights.

Anyone have a video yet of what these look like with the strobe flash? Trying to decide if I want that or just go with the basic kit that doesn't flash/brake light. I like the brake light function combined with the running light function but uncertain about the strobe part of it.

That’s not nearly as obnoxious as I had imagined. Honestly, it looks more like the light is briefly short-circuiting than strobing.
I think I’d still like to do without the strobe effect though. Did you find out if it can be disabled?

I'd recommend reading through the post we made above that explains the differences and it should clear up most of your questions. That is the setup we ran. I’ll probably do C1R all the around when our 2023 comes in. Or I may just do the same setup again. Lol
