My Story- 2021 Ram TRX

Not great pictures (snowy conditions, dirty truck, marginal lighting) but just an update of my Exterior Illumination:

Looks great!

I saw this on Facebook and couldn’t resist (because I’m a child).

The wife and I will celebrate 20 years of marriage next month, so we took a weeks long trip a little early to San Juan Island. Not a lot of pictures of the truck on the island. We traveled 1380 total miles and burned up 102.125 gallons. Hand calculated mileage is 13.521 while the truck read 13.2mpg’s. Had a great trip, and the truck got us there and back comfortably and safely.

Yes that really is not bad. I rarely get any open road travel like that so seeing that 400+ mile range is an attention getter. Looks like a great trip.

This is something I never expected but I’m proud of. My truck was selected as the TRX Truck of the Month for April of 2023. It’s a badge I will wear proudly! I’m very thankful for all the votes!

It was well deserved. Awesome truck and awesome photo.

It was probably your front light bar that pushed it over the finish line for the win! :ROFLMAO:

I know your TRX is down, but are you still thinking about a chase light up against the cab that works for those of us with a bed cover?

Yes. I have one I need to test fit. Should get that done soon. Luckily I still friends close by with a TRX.

Check out that range in the last photo. I don't ever see that kind of number 😂
@wac45 - this is from the last fill up, and is pretty standard fuel economy. I’m not seeing 400 mile range with these numbers.

They are the Mopar Rock Rails

How do you like the Mopar Rock Rails? How far do they stick out from the door sills? Are they easy to get your foot on or do you really have to pay attention where you place your foot? Did Line X spray your bumpers on the truck or did you have to remove them? The Line X looks great on your truck and will eliminate any paint chipping issues.

I really like the rock rails. They are good to use as a step. I had them sprayed with Line-X as it matched the rest of what I was doing, and it helps keep them from being slippery with snow and ice. I think they removed the bumpers to spray them.

They look great and are the only fixed steps I would consider. I really like my Mopar Power Running Boards, but not sure I want to hassle with putting them on the TRX I'm looking to buy.
