My Story- 2021 Ram TRX

Nice! I'm sure you and your TRX prefer that kind of driving, as opposed to wondering "Am I faster to the next stoplight than the XXXX next to me?"

Well, I know that I sure like stoplight free zones, no matter what I'm driving.

Spent the day hunting. Didn’t fill any tags, but got away from people for a while.

What’s life without a check engine light? Apparently this has happened to a few others in similar situations as mine. Heres a little more detail in another thread, but the truck goes in on Monday to have the dealer take a look at it. I’ll post results when the dealer is done with it. They said I can drive the truck for now without causing any damage (truck runs fine right now).

The truck rolled over 5,000 miles today while Christmas Tree Hunting. Not a lot of snow to speak of, but it was a fun day in the woods.

The wife took this from the passenger seat as we were getting off the highway.

And that leads me to the TRX now sitting in my driveway. Just a few stats to help me keep things straight

4/29/21: VIN supplied by the dealer
7/12/21: Build Sheet is posted
7/13/21: Window Sticker is posted
7/14/21: Truck is shipped to the dealership
7/26/21: Truck arrives at the dealership
8/13/21: Truck is delivered to me
Total time from order to delivery: 16 Weeks

Here’s what I ordered:
-Billet Silver
-Level 2 Equipment Group
-Mopar Rock Rails
-Mopar TRX Exterior Graphics (rear of truck only)
-Harman Kardon Premium Sound
-Black Power Fold Tow Mirrors
-Bed Utility Group
-Advanced Safety Group
-Trailer Tow Group
Having only made my order and receive my VN, your chronological timeline is reassuring to me. Bottom line the hardest part is waiting, thank you for your insight!

I cannot wait to retire from Florida. I'm 34 now and went to school at University of British Columbia in Vancouver. Ever since then I have just fallen in love with the PNW and surrounding states. (Secretly looking at property in Montana)

Hoping I can retire at 55 and make it a dream come true.

Please keep the photos coming.

Did you get your lights mounted?

Not yet. I’ve got a project coming next month with the truck, and the lights are a part of that. I’ll make sure to tag you when the project is done.

lol, right on. I’m just anxious to see it done. Hell you’re not that far away from me. Maybe I’ll drive drive over and install it for you! 😂

You get your lights mounted yet? 🍿 ;)

The truck goes into the shop on March 21st for some changes. Should have it back on March 25th. Lights are part of that plan.
I can't wait to see it my friend!
