K-town customs in Kearney MO unless you know of a good shop wanting to get trained and setup.

Depends on the installer, location installed ect. Trx for me, 20 minutes

I can vouch for that, Josh did mine in 20 minutes, then we shot the breeze for 30

I am obviously not an IGLA installer, but if you just get IGLA it only took 20 minutes for Josh to do mine. If you want Compustar (drone) it would take longer, but by how much I cannot say.

Again it depends on too many factors. Installer, location chosen to install, other installs going on ect. My location is not their location and we don’t share them with each other for obvious reasons.

Q: Do you really need Compustar with the IGLA? What does it really get you that the XM Guardian app doesn’t already do? I am going to get IGLA, the Compustar just seems redundant.

I sent you this in a text but will share so others can see it
Factory systems like XM and ram app are the first thing they remove when stealing it. They can do it a few different ways, unplug the antenna, the uconnect and module or like on a trx just unplug the can bus connection behind the headlight switch. This is after they yank the horn wires out. You get no alarm sounding and no way to track it. Compustar accommodates IGLA. IGLA stops the electronic theft, neutral pull disabled stops the push away theft and compustar lets you and everyone around know they are trying. It also stops more damage from happening inside the vehicle

When might I expect you to have an installer in the Anchorage area ? ….. I have had Compustar T13 installed but that isn’t going to do me much good once a bad guy gains access inside my vehicle!!!

Without any shop recommendations its hard to get the ball rolling. Several leads have came in this past year from Alaska but nobody would commit to having the mobile installer fly in and didn’t recommend any shops that would want to start installing.
