Whatever the Kings ship with is what’s on them.Needs stiffer spring. You have the 650’s right?
Where are these located? I might know a guyStandard eibach lift springs up for grabs now since I just swapped to HD.
These have been on the truck since March.
Make an offer if interested.
I put the standards back in and the HD’s are up for grabs now lol. Northwest FloridaWhere are these located? I might know a guy
I’m running the bypass shocks in the rear so it’s turns not clicks but here is where I’m at.@RS1 did you stick to 14 clicks in the rear? Mine came fully open so want a starting point
I do have the bypass so I'll probably do 2 turns/clicks less than what you have for mainly road useI’m running the bypass shocks in the rear so it’s turns not clicks but here is where I’m at.
Front 16 clicks from open
Rear long tube comp 9.75 turns from open
Rear short tube comp 4.25 turns from open
Rear long tube rebound 11 turns from open
Rear short tube rebound 4.75 turns from open
Bumps 130psi
I offroad relatively fast so this isn’t a Cadillac on the street and I run 34PSI Front and 32PSI rear.
I have also found 6.5* of caster and 1.5* negative camber have made the truck handle better and track straiter.
If you have the bypass shocks you’re going to wish the rebound tubes were more accessible while tuning in the dirt![]()
It is undoubtedly worth playing with all the settings when you get the time. These things are incredible and worth taking the time to perfect to your needs. I am still tinkering with them regularly. I come from MX and hard enduro suspension tuning so I don’t know jack about tuning these bypasses but the more I adjust the more I learn.I do have the bypass so I'll probably do 2 turns/clicks less than what you have for mainly road use
I guess I'll just carry my allen and wrench with me all the time til I get it the way I like itIt is undoubtedly worth playing with all the settings when you get the time. Man there's nothing like the right set of tuned shocks on an Mx bike. I'll never forget my 1st set of custom shocks tuned for my weight (w/gear) when i started racing 125s back in the day. Oooh baby it was like night & day on lap times, overall feel, and confidence-inspiring to the moon. We gotta get together sometime once you get them dialed in so you can take me for a rip!It is undoubtedly worth playing with all the settings when you get the time.
