Is this real? A Laramie badge on a TRX?

This.....

I just want them to check them at the end of the day. Just put a TSB out to check the suspension and fluid lines, how hard is that?

Ohh, it like something that tells the dealer to do it when they get the truck? I like that idea but we still need to fix the bleeding at the plant 😂

I’m pretty sure he was talking about them doing it at the plant....

I have a Canadian $10.00 bill that was misprinted worth some money ( yeh yeh, I know $1.00 US) Might want to hang on to that rare TRX. Better make sure it doesn't have a 5.7

I need to find some old Honda Civic badges fir mine

When I get mine, I'll have the only Shelby TRX SS in the world. People will come from far and wide to gaze upon its magnificence. These people will all be clueless of course, but still, a sight to behold!

I actually think that’s a Laramie that someone converted to a TRX, because we all know there are dumb people out there that do crap like that.

If I recall correctly, it was a TRX that shipped from the factory with a Laramie badge. A few TRXs early in production shipped with Laramie parts like badges or half center console lids. There were some comical assembly mistakes early in production....and then some not so comical ones as well. Ram didn't win any awards for their roll out of the TRX lol

What's a half center console lid?

Have not heard of that one yet.

I don't have the pic handy but one side of the center console lid was smooth leather from Laramie and the other side was heavy grain for the trx

Some people had this on their seats too.

Haven't been following the Bronco super closely. Heard some stuff about the hard top and paint scratching but haven't looked at the forums to see what else is going on in Bronco world.

Ahh I gotcha. That's not actually Laramie leather though as Laramies do not get leather center console lids. That's just different cuts of leather from a different cow showing the leather graining variation.

You can see that all the time on the Limiteds and Longhorns as well. Looks like they don't have a specific criteria for grain variation in the leather. I remember seeing these picture from the 5th gen forms below of basically an identical concern:

Not sure of the outcome at the dealer though.

They probably just swapped a tailgate to replace a damaged one. Just my guess.
