How many here have owned a SC car or truck

2007 SL55AMG, had it for 11 years now...

Well every car on my insurance card is currently boosted does that count? SS sedan, GMC sierra CC (for sale), 240sx vert/sr20, TBSS @ 10.60's.

I’ve got 2 Twin_Turbo charged vehicles... How about a 320 rwhp Supercharged motorcycle w/ a centrifugal supercharger impeller that spins at 130,000 rpm & squeals when it breaks the sound barrier?

I’m thinking too much about getting my TRX, it can’t be healthy ? but happy to have this forum, it helps.

You sir, are my kind of psychopath

You know, my '19 C7 z06 was SC, but it really didn't make much of an SC whine. I'm really looking forward to a true SC scream like what comes from the TRX. The raptor had its little whistle and annoying exhaust, definitely glad to be leaving that behind.

I have to say I like the noises from turbo cars more. Still good. Just not as good

First FI car I did. 2004 Ram SRT-10
Second, I did. 2012 Challenger SRT Yellow Jacket
2016 Z06
2018 Raptor
2019 Challenger Redeye WB
2020 Rubicon (not really the same but still FI)
21 TRX

Have bottom three all in the garage right now.

If the Probe was rear wheel drive they would have sold so many more
I do, mine had nitrous, exhaust note on that car was like an exotic. Memories....

01 Lighting then the kiddo came. Fast forward 20 years and the Toadrex is on order.

This will be my 5th SC vehicle. 3 Range Rovers and a SC’d Tundra. None of the Range Rovers had the whine of the SC which I appreciated since they are more luxury than racer. But they can run too. The Tundra screams. It is a violent truck when unleashed. This TRX had better be on another level or I will be disappointed.
Now if we are just talking about track speed then I’m sure the TRX will deliver. But I didn’t buy this truck for it’s track speed. I bought it for the suspension. I expect the power. This kind of power in an off-road truck would be a waste if it didnt have a suspension to match it. My Tundra‘s power out performed it’s TRD suspension @ 1/3 throttle. Hence the King Suspension. The funny thing is, I prefer exhaust note over SC whine. But I prefer SC power delivery over turbo for what I do. I’ve seen a few turbos blow up. Never seen a SC blow. I know they can.
