Good and Bad News

Yea, the urgent care that did the test wrote me script for antibiotic. The rapid test was negative but PCR came back positive. I wasn’t sure if the antibiotic was in case my symptoms were a sinus infection after the negative test or to prevent a secondary infection.
Fortunately, my PCP is a personal friend that lives right down the street. She’s a mean ass red headed coon ass voodoo queen that went to LSU. She’s been on my ass constantly.

I've known a few mean ol' coon ass LSU alums and they've all been characters. A few of them I needed a translator for. They have their own language if they are truly back woods. The antibiotics are overkill, IMO, if you don't develop lung lesions but I'm glad you have them on hand just in case.

I think there's a lot of healing value in getting that TRX into your driveway. ;)

Ha ha. That’s fantastic. I’m also an LSU alumni. But I moved to colorado for greener pastures. I used to practice there at OLOL hospital.
In my opinion the antibiotics are unnecessary and potentially flat wrong. Unless they are azithromycin (Z pak) which they probably are. If that is the case then hang onto them. You never know if you may need them. Plus they are used in pts with cystic fibrosis for viral infections which means it may have some antiviral properties and not just bacterial.

Yea, my PCP said the same. Her undergrad was LSU. Med school was Texas A&M which is how she ended up in my world.

Salesman isn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer but he’s nice enough. It seemed to completely befuddle him to do stuff remotely. I’m a trial court judge and I’ve been doing divorces, granting adoptions and putting people in jail from my recliner. It kinda puzzles me when someone gets confused by simply doing a business transaction remotely.

They are going to do spray in bedliner and looking at the Mopar power steps so that will take a few days
i was going to suggest paying cash and docusign....he can throw the keys to you and off you go!

Lol, I’m already getting bedliner, steps and Max care 72 month/125k Mike warranty. Not much up sell left.
I do live about 75 miles away from dealer. I got folks that can pick it up but just gotta work it all out.
Which dealer?

Complete online process is easy and they should have no issues doing it. I just did it on a Jeep Rubicon.
I will say this...I would prefer someone I know picking the truck up ASAP as opposed to it sitting on their lot for a week or more - test drives, showing it off etc. Hell no! Those fools will be driving it!

Yea, I’m using docusign for all my court cases. It works really well. My wife is an attorney/mediator and she’s being using docusign for all her settlement agreements

i should also place a disclaimer that this is an Internet forum and that you have no way of verifying my claims or who I am so you need to consult with your personal physician before taking any of these products. Please do not take my advice as absolute or appropriate for your personal care.
Yep. He’s a Dr. Might have some lawyer in him too.

Have to ask are you familiar with Coonass racing from LA

For those following, Saturday before last I ended up in the ER. ER Doc wanted to give me immunotherapy or admit me. I had told him I had been symptomatic for 13 days. He said”Well, the hospital has a stupid policy not to give this treatment if it’s been more than 10 days since you TESTED positive so, why don’t you look at you calendar and tell me when you TESTED positive?” Miraculously, after carefully looking at my calendar, we were on day 10 🙄.

They gave me the treatment and by the next morning, I no longer wanted to die. By mid week I was weak but doing much better. By Friday, I tested negative and went to Houston to get my truck. Got home just in tome for the snowpocolypse but I got my damn truck.

Covid is no joke. I’m still struggling with energy and all my frozen/broken pipes haven’t made shit any easier. My family finally threatened me if I didn’t sit my ass down and take it easy. My oldest daughter told me if I passed out under the house, she just bury my fat ass there and take her inheritance early (including a new 2021 TRX). Oh well.

Damn! Glad you got through it! (And got your truck!)

I am glad you are doing better. Rest up so you can enjoy that TRX.
