Engine replacement

jesus christ under that logic your spark plugs are not a part of your engine but electrical system? I'm blown away. Whats thew dealership's name? Need to know, because i need to avoid. And i'll just add this: get a lawyer and sue. while the cost of litigation is very high, and can quickly exceed the cost of that engine for both parties, when they see you're willing to go to war with them, they will very likely realize that stopping the bleed is more worthwile than being "right".

I'm hoping that RamCares involvement will look at the totality.

I'm critical as F and detest putting 10/10 ratings on surveys because 'its expected'... but in my experience RC involvement was outstanding in the end (despite an early hiccup). I was so frustrated I started actively researching my next vehicle (even visited Dirt King while in California and discussed a full/Bespoke PreRunner build). For what is was worth and perhaps personal venting more than an impactful Stellantis 'flex' :ROFLMAO: - also noted to RC that (A) I'm retired and having nothing but time to go Full Retard on this ongoing concern (B) Was a 'Conquest' customer like many on this forum, having transitioned from past Raptor(s) ownership.

You make a good point re: 'willing to go to war' and why I recommend outstanding/beyond reproach notes. It was a total Mic Drop at times and for certain parties exposed to Stellantis their apathy, deception and total disregard. Comically for months after I still received solicitation emails from my local Dealership - so for pure blissful enjoyment I was able to 'educate' their unknowing peers too (like bumping into someone dating a crazy Ex!).

Happy TRX ownership is co-dependent on competent and consistent Service alongside Warranty coverage.

Any final resolution on the OPs engine replacement. I’m having the same issue. April 1st will be 4 months without my truck.

I got the truck back Mid February and had to pay out of pocket for it (got a 60/40 goodwill split for mine). I have put about 2k miles on it. Once the dealer got the engine in it took them about a week and a half to get everything put back together. Unfortunately though I am now having to put it back in the shop due to the rack and pinion needing to be replaced now, I did buy an extended warranty for it once I got it back so hopefully that will cover the rack and pinion.

Glad you got the engine stuff worked out. Hope everything else gets payed for.

Mine has been at the dealership since 1 December. I still don’t know how much it’s going to cost me.
