Easy Break in - Colorado Springs

Is it just me or do they run like little bitches at the end of the video?

Also, it does have me thinking about the garage door opener buttons in the visor. Those buttons seem to work all the time where in the wife’s Audi they only work when the car is running. I hadn’t really thought about someone breaking in and hitting the visor button to get access to the garage. Seems like another flaw to have those buttons always “live”.
The "garage door opener" buttons aren't always "live". If the truck is locked and the fob isn't near the vehicle the HomeLink buttons will not work.

I wish my garage would fit my rig, my house was built in the late 80’s. I couldn’t fit my ‘05 Yukon XL. It definitely did not fit my Ram. If I could raise my roof, I would do that in a heartbeat. If your truck fits in your garage, use it. One more layer/barrier between your truck and a thief.

My "shark fin" cleared by 1" and the length was not a problem.

Watching that video makes me want to see someone come out of their house with a full auto AK47, loaded with blanks.....and yell "Say hello to my little friend" and just start lighting off rounds. That would make the roaches scamper !

Be nice to see someone use a launcher on the get away vehicle. Love to see the look on their fucking theif faces when the ride out turns to scrap in real time!

Maybe we will get to the point with auto theft.......where the cities adopt the the view of Santa Rosa County Sheriff Bob Johnson in Florida. His stance on home invaders was very straightforward....."Just shoot them, we prefer you do ... you will be saving taypayers money"

Fucking made my year when I herd that! Should be the stance everywhere. Have never understood the why did you shoot the person trying to rob you mentally. Where did the, that person should have never entered a home they don't belong in way go. Usto be hell they were fucking scum got exactly what they deserved should have never done that. Now it's make excuses for why the victim is to blame for the theif trying to steal. We gave the keys to those who should be in the asylum!

It would take about 30 days of car owners shooting car thieves and auto theft would drop like a rock. But in the eyes of lawmakers, it is society that MADE the bad guys become bad guys.....so its OUR fault.

Which is the biggest line of bullshit ever uttered! It is a criminals fault they decided crime was the better way. Yeah fucking slow to get anything doing it the right way but that is only because people keep letting theives fuck us all over. Everytime there is a payout we get raised rates simply not right cost keeps going up and up and up because we don't say NO enough is enough. They may refuse to take these little fucks out but guess what that's fine we will do the job for them. After we do they best not come round like they have a job anymore we just replaced them. Time we started making sure criminals pay and victims go thru no extra unnecessary trauma!

I literally fantasize about knee-capping..then shooting MF's like this.. Every time I watch these videos.

Perfectly normal right?
Only if you work hard and hate to see people steal others hard earned property!

Personally, I prefer a Flash Bang. Blanks are worthless. I found out that crew took another vehicle in the neighborhood that night and the homeowner came out to see that the “lookout” on that Crew had a firearm. Being unarmed themselves, they decided to go back inside to call the PD (which didn’t show up for at least half an hour). Crime here is no joke.

Remember, sentiment from out “betters” is hardworking people don’t deserve nice things. Only the “elites” deserve nice things.

I hear this stated on this forum, but when I ask for a source (URL) of it happening all I get are crickets, or a pointer to a video of a guy in a shop defeating it. I have a Ravelco and would consider switching if someone could provide a single documented case of a TRX being stolen with a Ravelco.

Yes, fellas, I'm asking this again. Break out your 🍿
It happened to a member here, its in several spot in several threads. If you want to take me up on my previous offers to everyone including ravelco themselves I will be more than happy to demonstrate it. Message me your address, I will fly out and bypass it in front of you, if I can’t then I will pay your truck off, if I do then I keep it.
Let me know your schedule, I will book a one way ticket.

That is why I put mine in the center console safe and NEVER program the visor buttons. Also, I programmed the “home” option for the GPS as a TLF in the middle of a military base.
Your ignition needs to be on to use the garage door opener on almost all vehicles. Not hard to do because you have nothing to stop them from making a new key fob. I would look into IGLA so that when (not if) they try again you will have it where it was parked afterwards. Ravelco “was” a good product 45 years ago, 44 years ago it became outdated and not viable at all. Very easy to bypass and you can actually do it with no multimeters or probes. Just some wire, low amp fuse and make a new key… gone.

Can you do it in under 3 minutes while a glass break sensor is going off and/or in the presence of a microwave sensor?

Watching that video makes ME wish I was there, in the upstairs window, with a suppressed .300BO and an NV optic (plenty of IR illumination from the camera). I'll take the risk that we COULD possibly be lowering society's chances for curing cancer or discovering the process for cold fusion. Call me crazy...

Do what? Bypass a ravelco with an alarm going off? Of course. Don’t confuse a theft deterrent alarm with anti theft. Bypassing a ravelco is easy, 5-15 seconds depending on how lucky you get with the trap ground. Making a new fob, 60-75 seconds and its gone. “Microwave” detectors, shock sensors, glass break sensors are just that, sensors. Once the alarm goes off they are useless and an alarm isn’t going to stop the theft.
Looks like you have been a member for awhile but haven’t been active so I will save you the trouble. Finding exploits, weaknesses, bypasses ect is kinda what I do for fun. Its a puzzle for me, keeps my brain busy from my previous life adventures. Several here have talked to me in private, a majority of them in person. I don’t hide or embellish my past present or future or sugar coat things when I say them. I have done some crazy shit over the years for whats left of this country and life is too short to let others sell snake oil “anti theft” products and make it even worse (too bad our government is a laughing stock)
In short yes, it can be bypassed with your alarm going and driven away. The 3 minute mark I can say yes and no, the other environmental factors are unknown.

Thanks for reminding me, need to mount my nv scope on one of my AR’s, forgot I bought it 😂. First things first, modify one of my bumpstocks for one of my AR12’s!! Hooah!!

Crazy, but effective

Not calling you out personally Sir, but the “average” thief we have around here hasn’t had a lot of training in alarm bypass/circuit diagnostics. I do want to put a few flash bangs under the seats, but those are frowned upon in polite society. Nothing is foolproof, but if I can make mine not worth the effort, then I count it as a win. I just wish we still had our big ass German Shepherd.
