Another flavor monster from Beam. The Infinite! Cocoa, baking spices, brown sugar, caramel. A blend of 7-20 year old bourbons! 200 bucks, but I'm a fan of Beam so worth it for me! Cheers all!

I am really impressed by Whistlepigs Beyond Bonded line. Big spice, oak and tobacco on this one. Drinks perfect at 100 proof. Great flavor. Cheers all!

Maker Heart Release. As expected, big oak backbone on this one. I think it's a very good sip with cherry, chocolate and a toffee-maple profile included in there too. A lot of flavor for a 75$ bottle! Love the proof at 112 as well. Great sipper. Cheers all!

Big flavor on this cask strength single barrel. Baking spice, cinnamon, vanilla and oak. High proof but doesn't burn. Glad I gave this a try on the recommendation from my go to liquor store! Cheers all.

Love pretty much everything by Orphan Barrel.....from the artwork to the juice inside. This 17 year old definitely has a dusty vibe to it. Big oak, vanilla, dark berries and spice on both the nose and palate. Proof as always......is a bit low....but there is a ton of subtle flavors. A killer sipper! Cheers all!

Blanton's Gold. I'm not a huge fan of Blanton's generally, but this is a really good pour. Cherry, honey and cola notes both on the nose and palate. Very different than standard Blanton's. Great sipper! Cheers all!

Completely agree here. Not big on Blanton's, but there is something really nice about Gold- always enjoy a pour of Blanton's Gold!

Watched a couple Youtube reviews on this bottle and happened to see it at my usual liquor store. He had it at a good price so grabbed it. The extra proof really hits home. Tons of flavor from the finishing. Very good Irish whiskey! Going to look for the other "Spots" as I have read they are all very good. Cheers!
