Fantastic Bardstown Discovery 11. Cherries, cinnamon, vanilla and baking spice. Doesn't drink too hot even though it's 118 proof. Cheers all!

They are about 30 minutes from me, boundary oaks is about 5 minutes away, jim beam about 20 ect ect.

Let us know what you think. I'm not opposed to celebrity backed releases. Granted, Traveller is not a world beater, but some releases of Heaven's door have been outstanding!

I really like Disco 11. I'm glad they got back to KY bourbons for the blend. I'd like to find Disco 12 as I've heard good things about it.

Wow! Disco 12 is outstanding! Definitely as good as Disco 11! Couple of friends agree. One has 11 on top, the other 12.....I'm leaning towards 11....but ask me tomorrow and it may be 12. Recommend both!! Cheers!

Outstanding double oak from Peerless. Probably the best double oak I've tasted. Lots of dark chocolate and spice. Tasty stuff. Cheers!

For being high proof its not bad, initial hit is strong but ends rather smooth.

Westward Milestone Edition 2 American Single Malt. Had to pre-order it several weeks ago. What a flavor monster. Apple peels, sugar plums, cinnamon, dark chocolate, syrupy raisins and figs, a little oaky, a little smokey.....
Probably one of the best whiskies I have ever tasted. It's going to be difficult not to finish this bottle off this week! It's 250.00 and worth every penny! Westward has been killing it!!!Cheers all!!!!

Finally got a botte of the elusive Elmer T. Lee! First impression is it is a quintessential bourbon. It smells and tastes what you think a bourbon would taste like. Nothing jumps out at you, but it's enjoyable. Drinks easy at 90 proof too. I got this bottle for 60 clams. I wouldn't pay the astronomical secondary being asked for this bottle. Basically a creamier Buffalo Trace. Cheers.

I have not been able to find it locally at all. Was at a restaurant last week and saw it on the bar. Ordered a glass with dinner, and they charged 35.00 for a 1.5 oz pour! It was decent, but not for that inflated pricing
