Finally got to try a Still Austin. Just started carrying it near me. Really good for a young whiskey. Looking forward to.trying the cask strength and rye. Cheers all!

Long story, short....Having a beer at a local brewery and I saw back to back bottles of Jack 14. I asked how much for a pour, the bartender said 15 bucks cuz its premium! I said hit me, gave him a good tip ahead of the pour and probably got a solid 2oz. It's awesome! Super rich and oily, massive maple, cherry, vanilla and brown sugar on both the nose and palate! Wish this bottle was more available.....and not at unicorn secondary markup! Cheers all!

The cask strength is really good. Whiskey ages really fast in the Texas heat...I think that's why it doesn't taste youthful.

Yes, I really like Garrisons and Balcones! The Garrisons Lady Bird and Balcones Cataleja were both outstanding! I will pick up the Still Austin Cask Strength next time I see it!

Big flavor on this monster! My local liquor store was able to get a couple of these and I'm glad I tried it! Oak, leather, molasses, vanilla....such a great pour! Recommend if you can find it. Cheers!

Tried a new one my local go to just got in. It's not bad, also not great. The nose is better thsn the palate. I get a wierd young oak funk off of this one. Cheers!

We stopped at a local small batch winery and had a flight of his wines. Was a really nice place, got talking about whiskey, bourbon, etc. with the owner. He pulled out a dusty from 1970 and gave us a lil' sip! Was remarkably delicate. Granted, it was Canadian Seagram's and not an old Pappy....but it was a cool experience! Cheers all!

Accidentally posted this to my TRX ig instead of my main acct. I deleted it, but hey, why not post it here. or do you ban poetry too

I also wrote a poem about the TRX. Don't worry, I won't subject anybody here to it. Not that I can't handle the cruel indifference that proves you're all so cool and definitely not simps---I'm submitting them for publication. [I emailed it to Tim Kuniskis lol, but I seriously doubt it'll find him, or that he'll read it if it does (but I mean, if anyone happens to have his current email...)]

Been looking for one of these.

I've have had a couple 10 year old bottles (still have one left), looking for a 12 or 14 but really hard to find. I also have a Sinatra Century bottle unopened but that's saved for my retirement party.

I have a 1904 Jack Daniel's 100th Anniversary Gold Medal Replica Tennessee Whiskey bottle from 2004 that is going to be my retirement bottle!!! My girlfriend bought me the Sinatra Century bottle for my birthday.....haven't cracked it yet!!!!
