Cybertruck

Thanks for the reminder… I need to dig through my email and request a refund of my deposit. It looks like poo and I love my TRX.

Just don’t let @DIABLOPOWER702 get one of these. By the time he’s done with it, it will look like this:

His choices would be:
Drive for 300 miles....then recharge
Tow for 100 miles......then recharge
Run all his aftermarket lighting for 10 minutes.......then recharge !!!!!! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Found it this morning and requested a refund... I was pretty excited a couple years ago... after driving the TRX for a year I don't think I could do the cybertruck... also am pretty disappointed they missed so many of the original specs.

It might be taboo, but the specs on the Cybertruck are pretty impressive. 11'000 towing capacity, 0-60 in 2.5, yadda, yadda, yadda. I have had my deposit in for four years plus and never thought it would be built but now it seems like it will come to fruition. Anyone else have a deposit in on one?

Flame on!
I had a deposit on one. While waiting for it I gave up and bought my TRX. Oh well. Someone else can have my allocation in 2026.

If I showed up to our hunting spot in this I would be laughed off the mountain. My brothers and buddies would have a field day. They already call me a yuppy for working in the suit and tie corporate world and this wouldn’t help. There isn’t a charging station within 200 miles of the cabin and camp barely has enough juice to run a crockpot and toaster at the same time, so charging it there wouldn’t be happening. This truck is for the commuter and weekend Lowe’s run. I will be keeping the TRX forever with these new six cylinder turbos, hybrids and electric trucks overtaking the market. TRX baby!

I gotta see one in the wild before I can pass judgement...ive driven a couple of Teslas and wow..yes the truck looks very very ugly, but I need to sit in one and drive it..have 2 buddies that have ordered them..we'll see...again I know pics are ugly...lol

Maybe this guy is onto something…

I didn't think it was possible to make the Cybertruck uglier. I stand corrected. 🤣

oh look a piece of shit with addons. In modern trucks we all think well 40" wheels, that 700lb bumper or whatever we need to re-gear to get that 2mpg back.

In this world, its, I either can buy the bumper or get home to go to the toilet with range to spare. Which one!

Where I live, probably 30% of my neighbors own Teslas. Mostly model 3's. Now I do go the extra mile to blast by those with Stop Oil, Save the Whales, wind is power, fart harder go farther or the like bumper stickers all over their Teslas. if they only knew...

I was considering this or the Rivian but then I came to my senses that a fully electric truck is a dumb idea. You have to stop almost every hour to recharge the battery, wasting hours than if you had a ICE truck. The Ram Charger is a step in the right direct but I'm skeptical of its performance once you drain the battery and need the generator to charge and drive.

Hell just wait a couple of years and the cybertruck will drop in price like the Plaid. Insane you can get a Tesla Model S plaid CHEAPER than a Challenger Redeye Widebody now. That car was like 130k last year

Finally came to our facility yesterday, I must say...the interior is very impressive, actual body structure looks super well built. Bed and retractable tonneau is actually spacious. They parked in front of my truck so I briefly compared sizing...cybertruck is tiny compared to our TRX's lol. I think its a bit bigger than a Maverick. Still wouldn't trade my dinosaur for it, even though I get a nice hefty discount.
