I am planning on ordering a 2022 in hopes they change the 2 tone. I started my search for msrp dealers and ran across hunter ram in Lancaster. They have available spots to order a 2021 but I want to wait. Hopefully this helps some of you California guys with the crazy prices I've been told.

I was not ready to post about my MSRP deal until I moved from BG to D status. Now that I have a VIN in D status I thought I would share that I parched from Sleepy Hollow RAM in Viroqua, WI and I locked in at less than MSRP only because they were not sure they would get an allocation. Looks like no shortage of trucks at MSRP. I feel bad for all those paying over MSRP and there is no guarantee a truck with ADM over MSRP would arrive sooner than an MSRP truck.

Ordered my TRX last week at MSRP, thanks to the information here in this thread. I'm in Southern California where dealers are tacking on +15K and +25K to purchase (or one as low as +5K). I decided to drive several hours from where I'm at to get MSRP and burn through those first 500 miles on the return trip.

I can't say enough how my local dealers made me feel like they were giving me the middle finger at every conversation. They might have just as well said "Hey this is California, someone will pay our charges whatever they are, go Frack yourself". Huntington Beach Dodge, Buena Park, Tuttle Click, Temecula... they all couldn't have made me feel less like my business was important.

Did not have that experience with Hunter. I appreciate that. I'm weird about demanding good service when spending 90K.

Can you confirm that others are paying MSRP from this dealer? It may be MSRP but they add a gas guzzler tax to it.

Two others on the forum have ordered from Bud Clary. I was not aware of the gas guzzler tax, maybe a state of Washington thing?
