I totally agree with you, this is why it was a shock to me.

Sucks that the experience was less than desirable but proves the point, if you want an MSRP deal, get your MSRP deal in writing when you place your order. If it’s not in writing for MSRP you’re paying whatever price you have previously agreed to. A signed sales purchase agreement is a contract.

Heads up. I called the dealer below - They're not doing below MSRP. They're doing 5k over MSRP for TRXs. Not horrible, but also not great.

I am in the DFW AREA and I am looking for a dealer whom is selling at MSRP. prefer to order one if possible. however a few locals have what I am looking for on the way or have had them and sold.

I literally showed Phillip and my Aydin this thread, Phillip says " I know my name is all over the internet, but because of the color you got it is like a rare unicorn." This is why he had to go over MSRP. I told him that I saw this as very unfair, and that I would have to post about my experience with him. He said he understands. At least they removed the gas guzzler tax! Lol I had to show him the EPA rules.

The guy who posted the discrepancy should probably elaborate if he wants to. I will say like I have said multiple times on this forum that dealer is an MSRP dealer.

For all you North Idaho folks......Dave Smith Motors, Rogers Dodge, and Hansons Garage all do MSRP on these trucks.

My local dealer sales manager had one. Base truck. Customer offered him 20 over. Told him anyone that wants mine for 20 over plus non-reversible mods can have it the next day

If you are willing to try ordering again, I just ordered from Hunter dodge in Lancaster they sell at MSRP no markups.I gave them my build and they were able to give me the out the door price before giving a deposit. Super easy to work with them.

Just a warning that Antwerpen CDJR in Maryland is NOT a MSRP dealer. Eventhough you have everything in writing, they don't care. Their sale manager Michael Jones will call you up the week that your truck is supposed to arrive and ask for $10K over MSRP.

I spoke to Keith over the weekend and he is a great guy up front with absolutely everything, which was very refreshing. Unfortunately he doesn’t have any open allocations and has 9 orders ahead of me, so I might as well wait for the ‘22 since it will be a few months to get some allocations unless I completely lack an understanding of the process.
I will definitely be working with Keith and Hunter Dodge he was understanding and very reasonable in every phase.
