@RamCares Kathryn when is Ram going to publicly address and apology to all the TRX owners and future owners for all these horrible QC issues that could land your company in a few lawsuits if someone was injured? This is absurd.
No one needs or wants a public apology!!! What they need to do is compile a list of all issues and have the dealers check for them on truck arrival. On a new launch issues are bound to happen and anyone that ever designed or built something knows it. All the raising hands in the air and demanding apologies are a waste of time and not something most of us want!

My cross threaded bolt has nothing to do with my transmission. My transmission works just fine. Two entirely different issues/trucks. KnightMare was referring to the fact that someone else got a new transmission overnight and it took a month for me to get a new bolt for my shock. If you took the time to read the thread you could have figured that out before posting your sarcastic and cynical comments.And I see he now loves the truck. Sings nothing but praises.
