I was passing through FT. Lupton tonight trying a restaurant called Strombolis, which is really good if you are in the area, but what's the odds of seeing 3 other TRXs pass through at the same time??? Pretty cool IMO

What's up man, yeah IF everything goes smoothly it should be there around the 6th. Sometimes that's a big IF though.
I'm still working in Omaha on a travel contract so picking it up will be a breeze. Driving it straight to S&A Security for IGLA and Compustar.

Nice! I assume you are getting IGLA for the immobilizer feature and Compustar for the extended range remote?

Hey Guys. Got a "schedule" date but still don't know what that date is.........but at least one more chevron is filled in. I'm in downtown Denver and wanted to ask if one of you has a new Black TRX and living in The Pullman on Wewatta Street? (I live there and saw one in our garage)

Second question, for the security of the truck not being able to be stolen, is this IGLA the real deal and best option and are there good local options for this to be installed? Not familiar with Compustar.

I read a lot about the Igla on here but I went with the old tried and true Ravelco. Zero issues so far and I really like how simple the setup is. I went to Ravelco of the Rockies. $550 installed in less than 3 hours.

Main reason I didn’t go with Igla is because it’s a Russian product based out of St. Petersburg. Fuck them.

IGLA being a Russian company is a fair concern. I weighed the options, which really are Ravelco or IGLA, and decided on IGLA. Maintaining the ability to use the remote start was important for me, which IGLA allows. Colorado Car Audio is Golden is an installer. Talk to Devon. If you are a member of the Facebook group, Colorado Cars & Coffee, you can get a bit of a discount. Cost is $1200 installed (same price nationwide).

I have not installed Compustar but strongly considering still.

Well, being my setup is made more for the street than offroad, I put my truck in the Best Modern American/Muscle. I'm sure some others might be a better fit for the Best Offroad or the Cleanest Daily Driver, but I felt with my mods the Best Modern American/Muscle was a good fit.
