Paint code doesn’t lie.
The Delmonico Red makes a statement. Black just shows every scratch, every bit of dirt, and every poor life choice you've made. Enjoy your full-time job of washing and polishing.I refuse to believe this is true. Now I will grant an exception if you happen to look 25 years older than you actually are, in which case I might have mistaken you for a retiree.
Oh, I didn't claim that black was easy to take care of! It's a bitch, especially when it gets driven every day (unlike you retirees who drive it once a quarter). The Delmonico Red makes a statement. Yep and that statement is Im old and slow and probably driving in the left lane under the speed limit with my blinker on...The Delmonico Red makes a statement.
Guilty, I'm 70.Yes. I. Do.
I’ve never seen a person younger than 65 driving a maroon colored truck.
You think a supercharged TRX is old and slow? That's a logical leap so big it would make Homer Simpson proud.Yep and that statement is Im old and slow and probably driving in the left lane under the speed limit with my blinker on...![]()
Real picture of Digertidoo out for a drive with the ol' lady... probablyYou think a supercharged TRX is old and slow? That's a logical leap so big it would make Homer Simpson proud.
The only time my blinker would be on is right before I'm passing you. But hey, I get it. With a truck that's the same generic granite color as a kitchen countertop, you're not exactly known for being observant.
Didgeridoo? That's a new one. I'm not sure which is funnier: the name, the picture, or your spelling.
I'm @Digerati, not your grandpa. And while I appreciate you trying to name my wife, you've gone a bit too far back in the phonebook. As for the bifocals, I don't need them—but I do think you could use a pair to get a closer look at a real joke. We’re just having a little fun @Digerati. I’m sure you and Ethel are nice folks, and would have waved if you had brought your bifocals and been able to see.
Top 3 color. Lunar is gorgeous. That truck will turn heads for sure. Great purchase.Funny how this thread has gone all old and retired over a color. I have decided I'm going to get a 2023 Lunar Edition. So let's proceed to make fun of that color.![]()
What's your other 2 top 3 colors?Top 3 color. Lunar is gorgeous. That truck will turn heads for sure. Great purchase.
White, Lunar, and Granite crystal metallic for me. Hydro blue is up there but it’s the slowest of the colors. What's your other 2 top 3 colors?
Granite Crystal metallic would be my next choice then it's harder for me to choose. Had enough black, white and red vehicles. My 2018 Ram 1500 that I had I think was called black metallic pearl coat. It changed color from black to a dark bronze color depending on the way the sun hit it. It was the only one in town that color. So far I have seen 3 white, 1 ignition TRX in town. Only about 18,000 people where I live.White, Lunar, and Granite crystal metallic for me. Hydro blue is up there but it’s the slowest of the colors.![]()
I had a ‘24 Granite later last year for a bit and man when that thing was ceramic coated it was crazy how deep the paint looked. It was really unique with the flakes in it.
