This is infuriating, it is now the beginning of week 5 and still no shock for my truck. I am also without a truck and unable to tow my Airstream for a trip I have planned with the family next week.
I am beside myself at this point...
Did they not give you a 1500 limited loaner?

@RamCares Your transport damaged a truck here and is causing problems for a customer. Would be nice to show the rest of us that Ram actually cares and get the owner the most comparable loaner vehicle. It is sending a very bad brand message about Rams priorities if this is how you treat your customers.

Man you know what does kills me about this. If I broke my truck, and then posted a vid of me driving it while its messed up. They would have said I voided the warranty for driving it. It should have been towed! And in all honesty, I would have towed the truck in, and not drove it. That’s always the rule of thumb when something breaks. Got a 90k truck and can’t afford a tow bill?
Unfortunately utubers get too much attention when they F up. It is a sad state of affairs with some of these young tubers. The whole vid is just stupid. And we have @cortc waiting for his parts for almost 5 freaking weeks. This idiot gets a new trans shipped overnight. RIDICULOUS!!
Hell I’ve been waiting three weeks for a Rebel bumper with no estimate of arrival and my dealer bends over backward for me.
