Honestly I don’t understand the hate towards Ben at all. He is doing exactly what you tubers do to make money, you know make videos and I personally think he got lucky to have the problem he did with his truck as it brought way more attention. Anyways, that aside, how does Ram get him a new transmission over night and I can’t get a spray in bed liner for 3 weeks as my truck’s window sticker was done 1/26, sent to MOPAR custom shop on the 2/6 and still not to Texas. I even got two emails from Ram saying for sure Feb and no follow up now that it won’t be February. So Silly.

@RamCares this is exactly what I was talking about in my DM response to you. My truck has been sitting for weeks with no resolution at a plant that builds trucks everyday. Build me a new truck. Do 116 instead of 115 one day this week, and we’re good. I have a feeling the one I am waiting on is going to be a warranty nightmare if it is this difficult to get out of repairs.
I feel you brother. Ram has absolutely shit the bed on this launch. From missing production starts in October, to not knowing how to tighten bolts, and now silly poor communication and customer prioritization.

Sorry, this is bullsh!t. The fact that they give such special care and attention to youtubers (including the 1500 Limited loaner vehicle to this guy) demonstrates that RAM is desperately trying to control the bad press. And this youtuber extolling virtues of RAM on his video does nothing except further illustrate how comparably terrible RAM is for the other owners of problems. Anyone watching his video would be under the false impression that RAM will treat you the way they treat him, which we all know is false. So, this guy is actually perpetuating a lie.

Yeah, it seems their most recent vehicle roll outs have been absolutely disasters, including that JL Wrangler that Jeep felt the need to drop in a 392 V8 and charge $77K for it. Is included in that price a hair dryer so you can melt the ice and snow off of the windshield?
