Ben Hardly strikes again....

Sorry, this is bullsh!t. The fact that they give such special care and attention to youtubers (including the 1500 Limited loaner vehicle to this guy) demonstrates that RAM is desperately trying to control the bad press. And this youtuber extolling virtues of RAM on his video does nothing except further illustrate how comparably terrible RAM is for the other owners of problems. Anyone watching his video would be under the false impression that RAM will treat you the way they treat him, which we all know is false. So, this guy is actually perpetuating a lie.

Time to post videos to youtube!

Gotta post the link somewhere on here though. That seems to be they key.

Then why are you still a member and checking the forums?
The more people that hold Ram's feet to the fire, the better we can hope that their dirt launch process and garbage customer service gets better. They have bolts missing and parts falling off on these trucks.......they should be sending people over night to the plant to monitor the QA process and getting all these trucks that have been built and sitting for weeks out to owners......not harassing forum members for sharing information and taking care of people who grenaded their transmission because they thought it was cool to hit the flappy paddle thingys off the red line cause it sounded cool.

Someone had their truck damaged in transport that Ram arranged and for weeks have been waiting on parts but they overnighted a person to personally hug a youtuber and overnight repair parts for him. Nothing against the Youtuber, I am a crappy youtuber myself, but nothing changes unless the customer base holds Ram's feet to the fire to improve their deficiencies.

@RamCares

this is pretty disappointing. You have multiple customers with trucks waiting on parts but this guy gets a new trans installed in days?
@RamCares about the high profile people only....everyone else can wait apparently. Unlike this company, I care about all my customers equally and wouldn't pull any of this nonsense.

Well I think the problem with Ben is.......that he is a douche... And I’m not saying he is a douche but others might be....🙃
He is definitely a douche. The era of youtubers getting specialized treatment because of their "shock value" videos and amount of views is complete bullshit. The people on this forum also spent their hard earned money on the same truck and deserve the same amount of attention as anyone else. Not a good look for Ram.

Yeah Ben is a douche and I hope I dont ever run into him. With that being said its gonna take all of us to start sharing video links, forum links etc. every chance we get to get the word out. Every time Ram or FCA posts on FB, YouTube and the likes comment and add a video. Gotta put the heat on!

I now have a throat infection. I blame FCA

I watch his videos as I'm an amateur YouTuber as well (62 followers gotta start somewhere lol). I try to watch most of the youtubers who talk on topics that interest me to learn in part.

He definitely does some click-bait marketing with his titles and photos, which can be annoying. But I appreciate he's trying to get his side hustle on.

As for his knowledge it is pretty bad. He literally only reiterates stuff you could find in a Ram commercial or TRX marketing brochure ("It has the Hellcat engine!!" ). His defensiveness over his paddle shifting skills and decision to drive to the dealer was ridiculous. He's not a truck/car guy and probably hasn't ever held a wrench in his life.

But I'll keep watching just because he has a truck that I bought. But I don't really rely on guys like Ben for insight. He's just an echo chamber.

He is posting a review of the incredible treatment he has received from warranty coverage, to service loaner, to speed of repair. His videos leave his viewers with a false impression of RAM. He does not inform the viewers that he is getting special treatment and that others are not getting the same treatment. I don't think that is right.

My comment was to the guy who is glad he cancelled his order and to F the FCA, not to the OP.

Honestly I don’t understand the hate towards Ben at all. He is doing exactly what you tubers do to make money, you know make videos and I personally think he got lucky to have the problem he did with his truck as it brought way more attention. Anyways, that aside, how does Ram get him a new transmission over night and I can’t get a spray in bed liner for 3 weeks as my truck’s window sticker was done 1/26, sent to MOPAR custom shop on the 2/6 and

He definitely has a very punchable face!
