What happens if the truck has haildamage ? Factory rebuilds or if you don't pick up you are SOL?

Regardless of weather, I am extemely glad my truck is at Granger getting the repairs it needs, rather than sitting in a rail yard in KC. @Zach@Granger - your staff's efforts and transparency are greatly appreciated. Absolutely. 100% fine with the situation. Not my truck yet anyway. Still Ram's. They also gave me the option of executing paperwork and shipping as is, which I appreciated, but declined.

Picked up my truck today...fantastic experience once the truck hit the lot. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Truck was perfect for the 700 mile drive home.

I was a bit salty over the lack of information for 7 months. Finally getting the truck and the quick and easy pick up at Granger made it worth the wait.

Am I correct in thinking that this is the shipping wait that everyone is bitching about?

Also, is there any way to find the dates for every status that the truck went through? (haven't been keeping track - out of sight out of mind....sort of lol)

Could be any variety of KZ that people are complaining about. Yes, if you are KZP, you should have a WS; they’ve been a bit tardy lately.
