Well. I have one I drive because they are just amazing and giving this one to my kid. And I was supposed to take the new one. Guess my kid will be driving one now and I’ll have to wait another 8 months

This isn't exactly true... most countries have import/luxury vehicle taxes that would make your butt pucker up. I had a coworker that moved to Germany and took his Escalade with him seeing what the prices were for used, he was just going to flip it when he moved back to the States... the taxes he had to pay to get it registered in country ate every last bit of his "profit" he was chasing.

Not if you are a EU citizen. You can file for repatriation and be allowed to 1 car with no taxes per person per calendar year or you can register through Lithuania.The European market is infested with salvaged US cars registered in Lithuania (need a business address there to do it or residency). I dont know what ways ppl are using to flip the trucks (not my cup of tea ) but they do something since some order as many as ...12 as Zach said

What is crazy is that 4 of this TRXs (must have a big family to order so many) have already been built and WS. Looks like latest is 1/18 WS and then 1/18 BS on another. Guess the cancel thing is random just like which trucks get built first thing. . .

Just a quick update on an order getting cancelled. We have been contacted by Ram on about 15-20 of our orders. All of these orders have multiple orders from the same address. Ram asked for signed buyers orders, license, and proof of deposit on all these to determine that they were legitimate customer orders and ruling out foul play by us. Once that was completed, they made the decision to cancel a number of these in an effort to eliminate people buying to flip these trucks.

Amanda will be contacting anyone who's been cancelled. She's been out sick and hasn't had a chance to contact everyone yet. The $1000 deposit we've taken will be refunded. We have since changed our policy to not take Montana LLC orders, this is part of the reason why, because we could see this coming.

Ultimately we want to provide orders to enthusiasts who are keeping them and not people trying to make a quick buck. We can't always determine who that is, but we want to be an asset to the community of enthusiasts and this decision by Chrysler, while it may not be perfect, should help speed up the orders of enthusiasts by eliminating orders nationwide of TRX flippers. Although I realize that's not everyone who is affected by this decision.

I hope RAM has some type of vetting process before they just arbitrarily cancel orders. I won't point any fingers at folks I think might be doing it, because quite frankly, I don't know for sure. But it sucks for those of you who have been patiently waiting and have been stuck waiting for months. To think there are "flippers" getting orders processed and trucks received just to make money while people are waiting, including myself, is irritating to say the least. Especially, those that are getting multiple orders filled just to flip. I just hope RAM is doing everything they can to vet things prior to canceling peoples orders, are able to successfully identify those folks that are doing it and then able to target them.
