Just a quick update on an order getting cancelled. We have been contacted by Ram on about 15-20 of our orders. All of these orders have multiple orders from the same address. Ram asked for signed buyers orders, license, and proof of deposit on all these to determine that they were legitimate customer orders and ruling out foul play by us. Once that was completed, they made the decision to cancel a number of these in an effort to eliminate people buying to flip these trucks.
Amanda will be contacting anyone who's been cancelled. She's been out sick and hasn't had a chance to contact everyone yet. The $1000 deposit we've taken will be refunded. We have since changed our policy to not take Montana LLC orders, this is part of the reason why, because we could see this coming.
Ultimately we want to provide orders to enthusiasts who are keeping them and not people trying to make a quick buck. We can't always determine who that is, but we want to be an asset to the community of enthusiasts and this decision by Chrysler, while it may not be perfect, should help speed up the orders of enthusiasts by eliminating orders nationwide of TRX flippers. Although I realize that's not everyone who is affected by this decision.
